no doubt we will do the honorable thing and step aside for them to sign him. hope he's another gervinho

don't worry lads. steven taylor coming back from injury will be like a new signing.

I think it's quite similar in many ways. Black comedy with an anti hero protagonist who you start off rooting for but eventually see for what he is. I haven't enjoyed a tv drama as much as breaking bad since the sopranos so its up there for me. I tried and tried to get into the wire bit found it massively over rated. Didn't help that I couldn't understand a word anyone was saying in it.

It's a character piece. I love it.

If we lose Colo in this window, we're fucked.

Where does everyone stand on the final episode of the sopranos, without spoiling it for those that haven't seem it? I thought it was superbly done but my bother hated it.
-
Yes, it really is. Though I'm starting to wonder if breaking bad will better it.

Excellent show. If you like it, try entourage ... If you haven't already

Haha, some decent blart last time I was down there, from what I can remember. Good value for money at least at a pound a pop

Great, another one to lose to the ACN

Going over old ground but the standers are clearly a step behind human evolution

Yes it is. Please take it to PM or put each other on ignore. Better still, brush it under the carpet and move on. Just a message board at the end of the day.

never heard anyone describe us as exotic before. this comment sounds about right: "you go there for the money and nothing else"

the rate at which players seem to come and go is unsettling. our place seems to operate a revolving door policy at times. buy a player on the cheap then sell him as soon as the first acceptable offer comes in, even if the player's only been with us a season or two. constant chopping and changing is not the way to build a successful team. but i suppose one of of the pitfalls of a club that sets itself up as a stepping stone for players to put themselves in the shop window.

not something you say every day - someone making piers morgan look good. to be fair to morgan, he did a good job of letting the guy rant and make the gun lobby look the loons they are.

i enjoy slobbing out every now and then; christmas time in particular. but any more than ten days or two weeks and i'm itching to start training again.

even though getting a player blooded earlier could result in a quicker impact on our team, hopefully staving off any relegation battle sooner. he doesn't see the big picture. why wait a month to get a player at a right price when we need goals in the team now?

because they are run by even bigger muppets then us

The Ba thing had been coming for so long, they really ought to have had a replacement lined up to come straight in. Why don't we ever make sure that us the case? Wouldn't surprise me if this goes on until the last day of the window. Or if we decide to keep our powder dry until the summer, such is the desire if the board to always get value for money. A prudent approach to player recruitment is short sighted if the players still on the books aren't good enough to keep us up. Relegation is a much bigger financial hit than haggling over the extra couple of million euros. You'd think they'd have learned this after last time we went down.
-
I wouldn't put it past these cunts not getting a replacement for Ba in. We've seen them do it before.
