I've gone from 79kg to 84kg in a month. It's coincided with both having 3 weeks holiday from work but also me starting to go to the gym and lift weights again. Difficult to tell if it's muscle gain or flab gain. -
Seems odd that there isn't an age limit on the u21s, or did Oba Martins sort his passport out for him?

I'm just going to embrace the current season and back us to lose 3-0 and 4-0 every game. I expect to be up off level stakes come May.
