A bit late, but hope you've had a canny day Ricardo

Going out tonight with some old mates so I decided I would treat myself to a new top. Heads out in Manc to Market St (think Northumberland St) in the pissing rain and decided to take refuge in the Arndale Centre where most of the girlie shops are. Well it was fucking carnage. Every single shop I went in looked like a jumble sale and was full of screeching Manc bints who obviously (!) don't own a single item of clothing and so have to wrestle each other in pursuit of items of clothing that were all over the floor, half hanging off hangers, and so mixed up that it looked like a bomb had gone off at the Chelsea Flower Show. Not to mention that they all had at least 5 bursting-at-the-seams carrier bags which they bash into you at every opportunity, a pushchair, 3 other kids with them and some kind of retarded relative who isn't able to walk with any speed. Next, Dorothy Perkins, River Island, Monsoon and H&M didn't get any custom from me today. I fucking hate shopping

Whilst I would prefer that people didn't use it, I'm going to let the c-word thing slide somewhat. Although using it solely to wind me up or piss me off will be frowned upon.

Just helping out whilst some of the others have more important things in life to be dealing with. Anyway - a womans touch never goes amiss

If it's any consolation, I've been kept largely in the dark too. I'm sure that'll be a big comfort to him! I have no idea what's been going on either, as i'm one of those rare people who has to actually work during the day at work and can't post on here all day. It's got nowt to do with anything posted on the board really. Lots of accusations and fallings out between some parties in real-life that have spilled over onto the board. It's only a message board. People should be free to post and have a bit of banter without real life getting in the way but sometimes I guess it's not that easy

I've been here petal. Maybe not posting as much but just trying to get my life in order (and not necessarily succeeding) and plodding on... Funny how Craig and Radgina were posting about the divorce thing yesterday. I had the very first conversation with my ex-husband yesterday about getting a divorce. It's only been 2 1/2 years like (!) We had some property stuff to sort first which is now finally dealt with. Now doing some house-hunting of my own Other than that - I'm off to be haircutted and blonded this afternoon and going to Manc tomorrow (where is manc-mag btw?!) for a bit of a reunion with some very old mates who I have sorely neglected over the past few years. I'm going to try and rebuild my bridges! Then it's off to Holy Catholic Lourdes in a couple of weeks time to do my usual annual good deeds. So, aye - I'm doing okay thanks My very own thread an'all - I thought it was going to be for medical advice! My mother will be so proud
