Nothing, it's fine and dandy The MP3 player is going to be a pressie for my dad. Yes, he's technologically inept and I will have to put all of the music onto it for him, but thought it would be nice for him to take on holiday.

Don't need anything that fancy or expensive, and definitely want a radio on it.

Just wondered if anyone can recommend a half decent MP3 player (not iPod) It doesn't need to have massive storage, just enough for maybe 20-30 albums, with MW/FM radio on it, and not madly expensive. I know I'm being lazy and should just browse through the usual Currys/Dixons websites etc but was hoping someone could give me a personal recommendation. Thank yoooo!

We're also accountable to the public 24/7 aswell, even when we're off duty. So should I ever find Rob collapsed in the street, I have a professional duty to do something about it. Now therein lies a dilemma....

Rob, you're becoming tiresome and I can't be arsed to argue with you any more. May I respectfully suggest that as someone who has never worked within the health service, you haven't actually got the first clue about what it's like to do so. You don't know about the internal and external politics, the management and budget systems, the pressure of meeting government-set targets with limited resources, the feeling of being undervalued, the lack of support for staff from management and the true extent of the physical and emotional work involved in it. Am I whining again? Tough shit. It's a reality that we face every single day and we still manage to care for patients to the very best of our ability and with a smile on our faces.
