  1. Can he play at LB or centre forward?
  2. Wellbeck won't come on much. Cleverley looks like he could be a very good player-and very much in the Man U mould.
  3. 5 minutes without a goal here.
  4. Sling it The Fish, nobody asked you.
  5. Jurmill? Howay CT Jr, your taste is not in question, but your pronunciation skills leave a bit to be desired. Can you have a word with your dad about his use of been and being btw. Between you and me, it's a bit embarrassing. Like shite. Jurmill mentioned in the same sentence as Deano, I think the best you could say is that her taste is consistent. MF must be seething btw.
  6. Michael Phelps isn't running the 100 metres against him like.
  7. Zero point. Gives away free kicks when he's used to playing, so a complete and utter liability when he's coming off the bench without match sharpness in the latter stages of a game. Just why the fuck do it?
  8. To put it into the context though, Rooney will play for 15 years in a team which will be a either winner or runner up in the Prem, creating half a million chances per game. Shearer played in one Premiership winning team (which was largely down to him anyway) and then the bulk of his career in very average teams. Shearer's record will always be greater.
  9. Aye shame from an entertainment pov. Used to be a great fixture but I genuinely don't think it's a competitive match anymore (when played at OT anyway). Arsenal have fallen way behind.
  10. What you reckon you'd be btw? You're a reasonably pacey striker aren't you-how does that translate over a flat 100m? Somewhere around 12 seconds ish? Genuinely can't remember my times at school, not that I was remotely fast.
  11. Game awa. Fuck this for a watch.
  12. Awful goal. Not a top flight goal at all, never mind a top of the top flight goal. Dreadful pass by Anderson, the old Arsenal back four would have been happy facing that crap all day.
  13. The picture from the BBC shows what a tremendous idea his vendetta against the Level 7 folk was: If that keeps up, guess where the next sports direct sign is going.
  14. His 9.68 that he ran when over the finishing line practically sideways Can you imagine what time he might have posted if he ran flat out This is what I mean, like. That and the fact he reckons he eats chicken nuggets before races etc etc. The times he posts are unbelieveable but despite that, ridiculously you find yourself thinking what could he do if he had a better mentality? I genuinely want to know an all, because it's all about the absolute limits of human capability and I actually think he's capable of better, as daft as that sounds. The guys he competes against with inferior pace but better attitudes must want to wring his neck sometimes.
  15. Awesome natural athlete, imagine how good he could be if he actually gave a shit. Scores low on the respect-o-meter tbf.
  16. Totally agree. Footballers are all on high energy diets etc and surely by fasting then playing it's very dangerous for the body I think if they were performing at the same levels you might have a point (ie they were taking no account of the energy defecit and somehow mirroring their normal performances) but they haven't, they've been shit. So I shouldn't worry.
  17. I think I'm starting to see why you come across a bit miffed when we lose, Noelie.
  18. It's what the commentator was calling him all first half on Sky. Not Wilkins, the other one. Kept saying "Soo-warez".
  19. Don't you mean "Sue Warez"?
  20. You're treading a fine line here Weldy. A very fine line.
