Green Wing = excellent A lot of good comedy performances in that. Was Sue White the personnel woman? -
Apparently for the purposes of this question Boro are included in the N.E derbies.

Maybe it was N-O now I come to think about it. About November. -
Ameobi out for the rest of the season?

Shepherds hand must be forced now. We need someone else upfront (even if it is just on loan) unless he wants to rely on Al and Chopra til the end of the season. -
Pistone was the first name that came to my mind too. Maybe its not a Newcastle player, have Sunderland ever had anyone with Milanese connections? I'll also have to ask the lad posing the question if he's including Boro in the term N.E derbies.

Can anyone help with this one: Name the only two footballers to have played in North-East, London, Mersey and Milan derbies?

I'm sure someone posted a link of the whole thing (in PDF format) a couple of months back. -

Nomination for worst- that new Ben Elton one, is it Blessed? It's got Ardal O'Hanlon (sp) and Mel (of Mel & Sue) in it. Total shit. -
She looks awful. Davina looks sexy, mind.

In the car it was Queen, Queen and more Queen. Me Dad never really played music in the house but he liked The Beach Boys, The Shadows and er, Queen. Mother was Jean-Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield, Herb Alpert and jazz. She's really into Coldplay now. -

Catterick was on BBC3 in 2004 but only made it on to terrestrial tv in the last twelve months, maybe that's why it seems more recent. Chris Palmer is legendary. -

Missed the first episode of 'My Name is Earl' unfortunately, I'd been looking forward to it. Peep Show is the only series that has done it for me recently although I also enjoyed the 5-hour Scrubs marathon on ABC1 over Christmas and I do like QI. -
Agreed Jimbo, I imagine 50 dorty hoo-ers who know every trick in the book would be a more entertaining reward.

Guessing they were put out of business by National Express or budget airlines. Have you seen the state of the bird in the advert??

Were there any employees at that hotel that didn't feel the benefit of S.O?

He would if he played for Rangers.

He was on the verge of the England squad before his accident, how long ago was that? Also didn't he turn us down during the Gullit era?

Is it true that boxer Joe Louis once turned out for Liverpool during a wartime game?

If you're telling me he had a better strike ratio than Shearer last season I'll take your word for it. That doesn't mean he would have been a goal-machine this season. I'm happier we parted company, it clearly wasn't working out. The alternatinve is to have an overweight, under-motivated, unfit player picking up a heafty wage packet for sitting on a treatment table eating KFC whilst missing three-quarters of the matches. Put him in the same catergory as Woodgate (& maybe Owen): World class on their day but absoloutely no use to us if we can't get them on the pitch.

Nothing to do with him being hampered by knee problems then?
