I get very stressed at work but 9 times out of ten as soon as I am out that door I am no longer bothered. Its been building up a lot recently and before work this morning I was really stressed about things, I have been left in the shit big time with a lot of new people to my department but all the experience leaving but I managed to get a lot of things sorted out today, a new way of working and feel much, much better for it. It's still shit but had a good chat with my boss today and she thinks along the same lines as I do, she has told me to let her know everything I need and she will get it sorted. Its a great help knowing we are on the same wavelength
