Speaking of which, i was genuinely disturbed to finally profile fop as an erratic, unstable gay body-builder. Only saw the highlights but he looked dangerous to me. His finishing let him down on occasions but he was unlucky at times and was causing them a lot of problems.

Given that you dont even know the name of it im pretty sure you would struggle to bench 75kg. Nee fucker on this forum could bench 120kg Nope, Fop means what Fops say, dumbbells. Why would you struggle at all getting a barbell into a pressing position? Dumbbells on the other hand are pretty tricky (although doing it utilises a lot of muscles in itself), they are much better (if harder) to use though. You're not going to pick up a set of 60kg dumbbells and bench-press them straight away, but a couple of years training and you can get there just needs a bit of dedication and will. Of course using a barbell you should be lift more, and using a machine probably even more still. You would need someone to hand you the weights and probably be on an incline to press 60kg a side with dumbells. I top out at 40kg each side and if I am feeling weak will have to get someone to help getting the left arm into the right starting position. 60kg seems a bit excessive for a dumbell. Also agree with J69 in that you would struggle a lot with your balance even with plenty of work on your core muscles.

Would prefer one of these old "past it" players like Harewood, Kamara or dare I say it King.

I am pretty sure we had this thread a while back (maybe over a year ago). Stevie is gutted someone got away using a racist term, desperately wants to use some himself. I love the fact he has had a "discussion" on how racist certain terms are, I can just imagine him down the pubs with his mates, they are chatting about women, football, what was on tv last night etc... then Stevie pipes up "So nigger or darky, which ones worse" and the conversations stop dead followed by 10 minutes of uncomfortable silence
