on that screen shot above - do you see where the dvd drive is listed in the device manager? right click on it and select uninstall. then reboot straight away. your OS will then detect the drive again from the bios when it boots up and reinstall it.

i think leazes has got his wires crossed. what youve got to remember leazes is that firefox is a browser and nothing more. IE is more than just a browser - its embedded in the OS at kernel level if i remember rightly. in other words, its a fundamental part of the OS.

It asks me to download the software to remove spyware stuff. It tels me to click ok to continue but I dont. go to add remove programs in your control panel - remove it if you can find it in there then run spybot, adaware, a full av scan (with a proper av!) and reboot

So im a taxi just after lunch and get talking to the driver who says hes a mackem. he says he dropped off some young lad called wesley (and his burberry kitbag ) at the training ground next to where i work. so i explain that'll one of the younguns weve got - wesley beheng or whatever his name is. The driver then bursts oot laughing saying that as he was driving out a massive hummer type car was coming in and he had to stop as he couldnt get past. a bunch of young kids were also there getting their autographs and stuff and the drivers asks them whos in the big car - one of the kids says its danny guthrie. one of the kids asks who the driver has been dropping off to which he replies 'he said his name was jones. i dont know much about football but i picked him up in sunderland'. the kid them says 'wasnt kenwynn jones was it'? and the driver says 'yes - thats him'. so this kid turns round and shouts at the top of his voice 'KENWYNN JONES THE MACKAM IS HERE!!!!!!!' which obviously draws a crowd round his car. so the driver explains again that it was some bloke called jones, from sunderland that he'd just dropped off. the driver told me that in this crowd around his car was a bloke who IMMEDIATELY got on his phone to someone. So if anyone heres any whispers about that lanky streak of shite signing for the toon - its all bollocks by some taxi driver on the windup.
