My company is looking for a buyout or a partnership to go forward in the next year, I'm trying to look at it as an opportunity for expansion rather than reinforcement to stay afloat.

To be fair I think we've played better than the table shows, we were extremely unlucky to not have won at least two of the games we lost and that was down to very bad reffing decisions. We've been playing alright so far this season and I'm sure there's three teams worse than us in the league. ... just hope I'm right and we manage to avoid relegation again - we really are better than that.
