He wouldn't have stopped tumbling yet. But when he did he'd produce a death scene that would put Shakespeare to shame. "Oh! I am slain!"?

It's Makelele's natural position, and he's significantly better at it than Parker.

Bullshit. what? I don't think it's better than the Beatles. It's my opinion, so how in the name of all that is holy can you say it's bullshit. face it Brock baby, Bowling for Soup aren't my cup of tea. I don't mind taking it in two £2 coins and a £1, a fiver, ten 50p coins, hell I'll even give you change from a tenner. I wasn't asking you to like anything more than anything else. The fact is Thespian is ace.

1343: After that excitement things have settled down a bit. Pompey assistant boss Tony Adams picks his nose on the sidelines.

Any CB's available for 7 million who are decent? I'm relying on Nicolas Burdisso and Mathias Doumbe for a whole season otherwise.

I seemed to pick up a few points by playing 4-4-1-1 but admittedly I had no choice as I only had one fit striker. Maloney did alright playing in behind Johnson. Bought some £12 million rated brazillian (Lucas) for 8 mil from Juve, not sure who they bought him from. He's looking good in the pre-season friendlies. In come Jeremie Aliadiere and Maxi Lopez come on season-long loan deals so I now have 4 premiership-level strikers. I have to get Sunderland into Europe again apparently. I doubt I'll fluke 2nd again though.

Luque on the bench I see. It's onward and upward for the fellow.

Since Shinton hasn't been on for a while... A famous professor of surgery died and went to heaven. At the pearly gate he was asked by the gatekeeper: 'Have you ever committed a sin you truly regret?' 'Yes,' the professor ansvered. 'When I was a young candidate at the hospital of Saint Lucas, we played soccer against at team from the Community Hospital, and I scored a goal, which was off-side. But the referee did not se it so, and the goal won us the match. I regret that now.' 'Well,' said the gatekeeper. 'That is a very minor sin. You may enter.' 'Thank you very much, Saint Peter,' the professor ansvered. 'Im am not Saint Peter,' said the gatekeeper. 'He is having his lunchbreak. I am Saint Lucas.'

It's good if you're not a fan of the book. Unfortunately they omit the best parts of the book, which means the film is a great disappointment.

Considering your "taste" that’s a glowing endorsement for the movie tbh. Can you honestly say that the three LOTR films weren't disappointing? Yes It's not just Bowling for Soup tbh. It's the fact you love all the Saw's and all the Final Destination's but you hate Misery and thought Hostel was shit. Bass-ackward on EVERY SINGLE THING. I like the Final Destinations for what they are: cheesy flicks you can watch with people for a laugh. Misery was godawful, especially since I enjoyed the book. Hostel was tripe. There was no decent plot, rather it was an attempt to push the limits set by the MPAA and get away with as much sex and gore as possible. What's worse is there's going to be a fucking Hostel 2, if the 1st wasn't awful enough. Read the book, then watch the film. It beggars belief how they can make films along the lines of Pet Semetary and The Green Mile etc whilst sticking to the respective novels, and then they fucked up Misery. We are talking about this film http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100157/ arnt we? its excellent - good strong character driven plot. We are. It was one of the most disappointing films I've ever seen.

Whoever directs it, the movie will be gash.
