No but its still vastly different from Man City or Chelsea's model. Any club aspiring for top 4 will have to spend 50M-60M per season in today's market.

I understand they are not popular here but Liverpool have played some lovely stuff this season and in Suarez they have a truly magnificent player. Hanging onto him in the face of bids (apparently) and then going onto challenge the big boys is commendable in modern football, something that not many clubs have risked. They've stuck to their guns and without spending billions are challenging those that have. At least for the time being. For those reasons I wouldnt mind it if they took the league, although I think Man City will just about have too much.

A little bit of investment in that team that finished fifth. We could have really taken off from there. If we'd had top management with a bit of vision, someone with a bit of balls. We had a team with a solid backbone, a platform to reach for bigger things. And we've completely wasted it. A club with no heart, a team with no clue.

Body language has been pretty bad from our lot today. They're not enjoying football anymore than we are at the moment. So much space between Cisse and the rest. Abysmal stuff really.We're like a knife with a handle at both ends.

Arent all leagues like that though? Current friendlies are so meaningless. I always thought the one funny thing about football is how less important international games are considered as compared to club ones. Still cant say how successful this will be, but the threat of relegation for instance just may mean people take this seriously.

What are people's opinions on this Nation's League thing. Should add a bit of spice to international fixtures.
