That's basically just what the player contract allows the club to do, whether they choose to is another matter.
-
Excellent article/interview from the Times: https://archive.ph/xyMpG

Am surprised you didn't go for: Number of times Everton haven't been relegated when someone said "Everton are going down".
-
No, I would think it's just because our big money attempts failed our budget for other needs has become clearer and maybe larger per player so we don't need to haggle so much.
-
The twitterati ones may twist but anyone with functioning braincells won't. All seasons in this league are tough, but we'll be fine.
-
There was a picture displayed which you stated was a "private jet" but wasn't. No twisting out of that one Seamus.
-
The best chippy we sometimes use (Frydays) in Seghill does battered chips, they aren't caked in it, it's just like a lightdusting, they are utterly tremendous, and taste like chips used to before this woke veggie oil bullshit.
-
Making himself unavailable should be enough, fines should start from Saturday but that's up to the club.
-
I think I'll start a podcast to discuss the respective merits of a bar of gold bullion and a lump of coal.

Nothing, it's a rehash.

He has no cause that would stand up in court for him to "win" his release, he is breaking the contract he freely signed so is actually weakening any argument (legal or otherwise) that he may have had. Under the terms of an EPL players contract (they are largely standard) he can be fined 2 weeks wages for each match he misses/makes himself unavailable for (per Stefan Borson). That will start on Saturday. Isak has not got a leg to stand on, the club has all the leverage.
-
Does TBD know ?
-
Stefan Borson laid it out, article is somewhere further back in this thread.
-
Come Saturday, 2 weeks wages fine, every game he misses.
-
Wissa liked a Ramsey signing post on Instagram evidently, we'd be raging if Isak did same for a dippers signing !!!
-
*IRAF, kite squadron ??? Or were you too busy refueling U Boats ??
-
It's not a jet, it's a turboprop, although you being Irish I'm somwhat impressed you didn't think it was a dragon.
-
Very possibly. A nice letter from lawyers citing damage to the company/brand based on untruths - no-one can prove the shit they've been circulating, with a nice threat of litigation for substantial damages included. Be nice if the gangster agent got same, there must be some level of confidentiality covered in the various contracts.

He (Ramsey) could well be already here, down to Brum yesterday back today (plane nonce advisory)

Ramsey deal done, on his way for medical as per the "here we go", eyetie shill cunt.
-
Whilst the executive situation is less than ideal, the circus dimension to this summer is entirely down to Isak. If we'd added who we appear to be adding and Isak hadn't turned out to be a cunt, I doubt anyone would be unhappy with our situation, executives in place or not.
-
The majority won't become anything, but the argument we're not doing anything/enough is spurious, as you say we won't know for years.
-
Given we have a very good first XI (striker bollocks notwithstanding) we are now adding depth with longer term potential where we need it, which to me means we're actually doing the very thing you contend we're not doing. So no, I'm not arguing for the sake of it, I just don't see any credibility in the position you have adopted.

Like Ramsey, Thiaw and Miley, players like that ?? If other clubs (like Brighton, Brentford and Palace) handle it better than us, how come they don't finish above us ???
