Coming off cigars onto the vape exact opposite effect for me, re the lungs.

Zero chemicals though, if I lived in Houston for example I'd be heating my lungs with every breath outdoors and drying them out indoors with the a/c. On inhaling, it's a great hit.

I smoked cigars (inhaled) for years, I have vaped for last 5/6 years. No intention of wrapping in, I enjoy it. Nicotine is harmless in itself, the rest is just water vapour. I use 16mg.
