Benayoun looks a great buy... and we ere vaguley linked to him I think.
-
Mark Viduka? That young, talented, world-class player we tried to sign?
-
22nd... that's in improvement at least.

I think Taylor's a committed guy, and he'll keep working and improve on his mistakes. The sort of person Souness would want in his team.

His performances in the last 2/3 games have been extremely poor. His defending has been that of a donkey in some occasions; he looks clueless. -

Tbh you didn't need that part. It comes as part of the script for each match. 31341 You're right there like. 31368 Just wondering though, seeing as every Newcastle fan is aware of that, he may not be giving a big enough effort. He's no geordie anyway, and he signed pretty quickly, as of he'd just been rejected from Portsmouth, but apparently he was playing well...hmmm. -
And he could even walk after that?
-
Can you back that up with statistical evidence? ( ) 31324 No, but the use of Hawk Eye etc can prove how unlucky the likes of Martyn has been with his inside edges, and what an awful decisions it was to give out Katich last test...

I just thought - the irony of it all. Near the end of last season it was, that Alan Shearer decided to stay on another year. This was April fool's day of course, but we still trusted him. Now it's been quite a while still later and he hasn't delivered a Premiership goal. This was followed by a huge anti-climax, and not only this but sheer frustration for the Toon fans as they watched Lee and Kieron brawl with the score already 0-3. It summed up our season I guess, yet despite that we'd gone on a great win of 8 consecutive wins. We then followed this by being knocked out of two competitions we'd been going strong in. Okay so that is kind of irrelevant, but just over a week ago we sign Michael Owen, with the majority of the fans very happy, though more demanding. We then expect his debut to be a great day for the club, with Owen getting off the mark straight away. It wasn't to be sadly, and Souness looks like he could be looking for work quite soon unless we have a drastic turnaround.

At least Zog scored, so he's looking to cemebt himself a place in the team ahead of Faye. Would sort one problem out anyway.
-
He's gotta have some luck in this series tbh.

Souness is gay.

This post just illustrating the depth of Newcastle's midfield.

Didn't see it, but not realy bothered tbh, sounded a bit crap. Souness can go join the Mackems now, even if that means we get McArthy. -
He should just accept he's rubbishm and should try not too. He shouldn't see too high goals, and instead just try to score them.

It's about this time of day that I like....

Erm... cool? -
I was going to go out but I kinda couldn't be bothered/had a headache/was tired after playing a lot of hockey, so yeah, stuck at home bored.
-
It's ambiguous, but perhaps deliberately. As I see it, it's not making out he didn't get on with Souness. He's saying it's nothing to do with whether he got on with Souness, but the way he said it made out he didn't. Souness however seemed to like Jenas, but was unserstanding that he wanted to go.

right , tomorrows result...............

We get our first goal of the season, but it isn't Owen or any Newcastle player , but an own goal, and Fulham win 2-1. Nah, I'm just been pessimistic. I reckon a scrappy win would be realistic. -
Yeah same, I think Souness seemed to enjoy his time working together. You see, Jenas being a good lad Souness would like obviously. Not like those other scum...
-
Should be 4th or 5th with a good manager. Possibly higher.
-
They deliberately made it that way. Don't really mind Bush tbh, but still funny all the same.
-
Same old shite... 29756 Sorry, it was deliberate... but hey people do care about sport who do deliberately not support England but are in the British Isles are selfish and trying to be contraversial IMO. EDIT: I am as much Scotish as English (1/4).
-
Yeah, I was being pessimistic as always. But I hope he actually is fit.
