Anyone heard anything? Official website has no details at all.

WKD drinkers? Not the best demographic for good judgment.

As far as the fans are concerned, this money is only any good if we get to spend it!
-
Tonights result won't affect that though.

50 Cent. I can't see it bothering anyone that much. The PL is a much bigger competition. If (big if there) we do well in the league no-one is going to give a toss about the UEFA.

Official Match thread: Newcastle v Deportivo
Matt replied to The Mighty Hog's topic in Newcastle Forum
I thought we looked a different team with 4-4-2. The whole side seemed to click into shape having previously been all over the place. Souness take note! I don't think Carr was fully fit myself, but he's not been good enough for some time. -
It was founded in Bolton, not sure at which stage it took its base across the Atlantic.

£14m? They'd sell for half that.

A loan deal is no use. Surely he's a saleable asset, it's only a couple of million.

Stubbs is a half-decent signing. They badly needed a centre half and at least Stubbs will give them a fighting chance against more physical forwards. Don't think they'd be able to deal with a pacy forward line though.

I am not optimistic about our chances on the field next season because I do not have faith in the chairman or manager. However I am buoyed by the fact that both could be nearing the end of their respective reigns. It's certainly not time to be talking about relegation. For all our faults, an improved strikeforce puts us a country mile ahead of this years candidates.

I don't remember my voice breaking, I think it must have been quite a gradual thing because one day I just sort of noticed it was the same tone as other lads, who seemed to have low voices to me. Being at an all-lads school removed a lot of the day-to-day destractions.

He's looked all over the place in their games so far, but there's no denying he has talent. Jury still out wether he can make it stick on the field.

If he has phpmyadmin istalled on his server, he can read all your pms anyway by searching the PM text data tables. Bit of a long way round like.

Yep, just as well I got it as I'd already paid up my ST. I'll be working all over the region I'm told, but the offices are on Grey St. (apologies for hijacking the thread, btw)

I'm working at Deloitte in their Audit division, starting september. Just waiting on getting something temp for August.

You pick the nicest places to live. Hows the door standing up? Any more boot marks?

My late night clubbing days are more or less over. It's fun at Uni, in my first year places were cheap and the music inoffensive. In my 2nd year RnB 'happened' and every bastard place played it. As it makes me want to stab people's eyes out, I stayed in a lot more then. Last year things seemed to settle down a bit and you happily go out for a night of drinking and cheesy music. All a bit of fun. Now I'm supposedly off to become a respected professional I can see me sticking to pubs and bars. I prefer being in a place where you can converse reasonably well. Bars with a bit of funky or progressive house playing at a moderate level get an extra star. Some clubs are excusable. But you need the right mix of clientele, price, venue and music- a pretty fine balance and everyone has a different ideal.

The DVD Box Set was worth every penny. Watched 'The Plague' last night, superb (as is any episodw with Bishop Brennan). "But there's no toilet in here"

Well, I took it all apart again and screwed it all back together again. Now it's working fine. Gotta love 'em, computers.

OK, I think I have isolated the problem, it would appear that I'll just need a new dollop of heatsink paste.

Thankfully I do not have super-critical data on the drive but it would take a few days of solid setting up to get all the programs back on.
