well, my views of the old board contained wisdom, and still do, but unfortunately because people still can't accept favourable comments of the old owners, I get flak and/or the comments of "spouting bollocks" continue, because its me saying what I say. I really can't do anything about that. When I make posts about the 70's and players, for instance, people say they are good posts, but when I make posts about the 70's and 80's owners in conjunction of how our fortunes changed from 1992, people refuse to accept it. Do you understand why this is so ? Because in my view, there is no difference whatsoever. Our fortunes changed from 1992 BECAUSE of the massively superior owners, and our fortunes now are declining again because of the inferior owner. I really don't see the difference, other than it being a personality hatred thing and a refusal to accept the facts. And what of humility, how can you use that concept to beat the same drum?

But you're the only one on the site who repeatedly falls into this situation, I'm not suggesting everyone else is Gandhi. Not one other poster gets the consistency of flak you do. No one is criticising your opinions or ideas; it is the nature of your expression of these ideas and what they mean to your ego, the repetition and your perpetual pursuit of your own validation, particularly associated with the submission of others. No one else behaves in this way. These things are personality related, therefore it is your personality - as expressed on this board - which causes you to have so many other posters telling you to pipe down. Nobody else cares if anyone admits if they were right or wrong 4 years ago. No one is interested in your pursuit of this. People are sick and tired of it, hence the frustrated calls for moderation.
