Just had a couple of calls come in from one of HR departments, the first one asking for a specific user's network password to be reset and for HR alone to be informed of the new password. Then the second one asking for all his remote access privileges to be disabled immediately. Smelling that someone had done something to piss them off, I had a quick shifty in their personal folders - fucking wish I hadn't.......
