If we're still talking about jacked up juicers, it's important to look at the time frame between these transformations. While they all look to be an attainable athletic physique. You need to weight train to achieve them so any amount of cardio is not suddenly going to grow you muscle. Hard, consistent work will build muscle. Those like Goretzka and Bale have taken place over such a short space of time though and gained so much lean mass that they look suspicious. HGH, TRT, Peptides etc Ronaldo seems to have developed his physique over years of training so I do think he is natty.

I've just watched The Reckoning, and I've realised that Coogans characters stray into Saville territory more than I've ever realised before. Sometimes I could see clear Partridge in his Saville imitation whilst remaining true to the sexualised monster he was imitating.

Ritchie to teach them a lesson in the week.

Neves would be ideal. He's basically a signing made for maximum shithousing.

Inflation.

He's a pro athlete, he trains every day for years and he has the best coaches and nutritionalists. That's a physically natural attainable body given what he has access to. He's not pouching takeaways and 10 pints of lager every weekend.

What gear is he on?

Yeah I'm not a fan of Ronaldo and his lack of leadership as a senior pro seems to have had some bearing on Man Utds plight. He could have done with a leaf out of Trippier book. His otherwise professional approach to keep himself in such shape at his age is an example to the kids just starting out.

I had him down as a complete flop, couldn't make a good decision and generally had no faith in him. He's completely changed my opinion of him in 12 months. It's testament to the coaching but more so it's full credit to him for backing himself, digging in against the criticism and working hard.

In hindsight, you could say it looks that way. Both Lyon and Sociedad are very good clubs but they're not great clubs like AC is. Neither Bruno or Isak were boyhood fans who came through their system either.

Ridiculously quick. Unless they've had all the evidence to go and he's just played supergrass to blow the lid on the wider problem to get a lesser sentence.
