  1. The fog is slowly clearing - this bloke has some sense
  2. Concur totally with those sentiments - everybody makes mistakes but maybe NUFC isn't the club to make too many at - at times i thought he looked a bit like a rabbit caught in the headlights which is a shame and i think he should be remembered from saving us from the post souness disaster rather than the shambles of the birmingham and AZ defeats - don't think we are any better off after as a team but at least he didn't spend a shedload of money on dross before he went
  3. I like Houllier aswell he is a smart guy - i reckon he would be interested in a return to the premiership - there isn't much more he can achieve with Lyon
  4. For what its worth i would think Sven would be able to overhaul the structure of the club and probably attract a better class of player than allardyce and if Owen has any influence he would prefer Sven aswell - however Sam is a shoe in for it so we will just have to hope it works out
  5. This whole thread sounds like it was dreamed up during a trousers round the ankles toilet floor wankfest tbh
  6. Well highlighted - quite a telling statement - he must fear the worst - shame but its just too big a job for him
  7. Don't have to watch my lip fatha - cos it ain't got shit hangin from like yours
  8. Smashin - lets sell one of the few who appear to giv a monkeys and has the ability to pass a ball - even better lets tell him to fuk off to another club only to ring him seconds before he puts pen to paper to tell him we were only jokin and see what that does to him - numpty
  9. Totally right - seven points clear of relegation - if it wasn't for a few freak results we'd be deep in the shite - this bloke is goin to take us down and we can only consider ourselves fortunate that it wasn't this season - we are in no position to turn our noses up at Allardyce (who probably isn't on his way anyhow) - he has cut his teeth at a smaller club and yes maybe made mistakes on the way but that is what its all about isn't it? So in conclusion if you want to be laughed at and pissed on by the mackems next season then yes stick with it - but i only hope for a change - a good decision - surely shepherd is due one
  10. His planning of the club has been a total shambles one can only hope he may have been in consultation with the bloke you see sitting next to him at the match all the time - Bobby Robson should be able to give him a few pointers - all you have to do is listen Freddie
  11. Newcastle must have a PR phrase book constantly being referred to for these quotes - its just piss and wind - same old same as every fucking time. If that isn't a player who has lost all interest in playing for this team then i don't know what is - and lump in n'zogbia duff carr babayaro luque and parker in there aswell - get rid soon as - doesn't want to talk bout tottenham speculation - he should be declaring no interest in moving there if he wanted to appear to give a monkeys - wanker
  12. Decision making got a bit wayward toward the end of his england career but remember some of the results he got early on - also was one of the most sought after club managers of the nineties with a fantastic record - i wouldn't grumble but i can't see fatty risking the controversy of his private life
  13. Fluctuating share price, news that Allardyce is leaving Bolton two days later and an earthquake in Kent - i'm fonin david fuckin icke cos there's definitely something afoot
  14. Shockin state of affairs - always had time for Leeds - wouldn't laff too loud tho cos if u ain't in the circle of success then your in the downward spiral of failure - six years since they were in champions league - how long ago is it for us?
  15. That'll be two weeks on the piss for wor Lee and when he comes back having only found the best local drinking establishments and not one new talent i am sure his excuse will include 'how man thay divvint even speek england man' - sad really
  16. Fucking well said - spot on - its all about giving a flying fuck
  17. I would always refer to nufc as one of the top clubs if not teams - excuse my delusion if that is what it is
  18. I don't hate him - that is such an immotive expression - its more a complete lack of trust in his ability to sit on a toilet seat correctly never mind manage one of the top teams in the english league that troubles me
  19. I think the best testament to milners attitude is the fact that he hasn't cut roeders brake pipes on his car after the way he treated him last year
  20. The way we work we'll probably have to pay something to the buying club
  21. Never seen the lad play although i am not adverse to french defenders - better than spanish - i am not sure if we can attract that much quality without being in europe nxt season even if we are offering a sizeable wage packet
  22. Have to agree with that aswell - plays within himself too often - part of the can't be bothered cos i'm a superstar and bigger than this club group of players which need to be fukd off as soon as possible. Two years and he'll be in the championship playing for ipswich again.
  23. He was always a lad that everybody wanted to do well but i don't know if he got a fair crack of the whip - none of the management rated him enough to make him first choice but you never know - the doylies we've had in charge i wouldn't be surprised if he came to the premiership and got a shedload
  24. Bloody cheek - we must have spent a fortune on rehabilitation for his dodgy legs and he finally gets fit for a season and wants to go - twat - sell him - paid 4 times what he's worth a week in wages and produces not a great deal
  25. Good point - i don't think he will ever be world class but you can't knock him for effort and he has got more goals than i expected since he has never been prolific and he isplaying in a pretty naff team - stick somebody alongside him who can hold the ball up and form a cohesive partnership AND score his fair share of goals. There are many areas elsewhere in the team can be criticised more fervently than attack
