From .COM... Why play Taylor and drop Duff if both are in the process of leaving? If he had already packed his bags surely Ashley wouldn't risk £8 million by playing him against lowly Reading? I think he was just milking the applause because of the result. And CT is right, Jonas is fucking shit.

I'd snap their cunting hands off.
-
34 is nowt in Championship terms. Get him signed.
-
There's no way Ashley is going to sell the club now IMO. He must be thinking there's a fair chance of the P word and he can net more cash if we do. I personally think Moat will be involved in the running of the club as it'll curry favour with the fans and give him that extra time to see if we can bounce straight back.

He signed from Man United and he's class, he's class........ Fans view of the inept danny simpson league 1 might be the boys level, not the championship, he's quick but thats all...........horrible defender. He was fantastic for Sunderland when they won the CCC so I think he probably is good enough for the Championship.

I want the names and wages off our books but we'll not replace them. In any other situation i'd drive Taylor and Duff to their respective suitors (and i'd not want any petrol money. I'm generous like that) but knowing that if we let them go the chances of the money being spent on the squad is slim. By my calculations if these deals go through we'll have made £32 million and reduced the wage bill drastically, probably by around £350,000 p/w if not more. Even if Ashley just threw £10 million our way that would be enough to secure deals for the few semi-decent Championship players we need to fill out the squad and possibly be in with a chance of promotion. -
Both him and Evans were very good at Sunderland. He can do a job in the Championship but a six month loan deal?
-
Aye he looks just the sort of bloke who would want a fight with kids in their early 20's. I dunno, like. He looks like the trouble making sort. Anyway, if it was purely a matter of race why is there a white lad behind him looking like he's about to give him a shoeing an'aal He looks like he's on e. He's probably going to cuddle the old fucker to death then.

I don't think he's getting attacked for being 'proud' of his country, I think he's getting attacked because him and band of spastic mates approached an equally cuntish group of young Asians and started giving it the big I am outside Primark. Either that or the Asian lads are Newcastle fans and they've mistaken him for Joe Kinnear.

Take it!

Some how I don't believe that had the shoe been on the other foot. Considering i've had a staggering number of your supporters tell me, complete with straight face, that they hope Newcastle United goes into administration and is eventually put out of business (something which is completely beyond the pale IMO) I doubt a bit of a scuffle with the rozzers would get the collective hearts of Sunderland fans bleeding. In a bizarre way it is a little bit nice to see the press doing a complete diservice to Sunderland fans rather than us.

Football fans have been and will continue to be pushed around by the long arm law simply because they're an easy target. The idea that the minute a baton is raise in anger by PC Plod the fan on the receiving end of it must've been doing something wrong has been proven false time and time again. Now they've even taken to shipping people half way across the country using Section 27 prior to matches because they don't like the look of them. I certainly don't think we should just shrug our shoulders and let the police keep doing what they're doing because it's another attack on our civil liberties. Didn't some of our fans even get set upon outside and inside a pub when on our travels back in the 90s/00s by the rozzers under the pretence we were acting like cocks and fighting the locals when nothing of the sort was happening? IIRC one of the injured lads was from Northumbria Police and he took the force in question to court. I've no doubt the Mackems were rowdy, singing songs etc. but as i've said before I don't for one minute believe the Mackems saw the police dogs and thought "I fancy a piece of this" before wading into them waving their fists around and kicking them for no apparent reason. It doesn't make sense. Obviously all this isn't to say that there aren't a minority of fans who cause trouble but by and large it seems to be your average punter who gets the shove in the back/baton across the legs/antagonistic comment in their ear from the police. While the rest of football has moved into the noughties a lot of police still like to think they're in the eighties. Right, i'm going to stop sticking up for those fuckers now as i'm beginning to feel really, really dirty
-
Have you been repeatedly and vigorously raped since birth by the Police? No idea, but it would explain a lot Even if it is the Mackems I simply don't trust the plod to tell the truth when it comes to dealing with football fans. As thick as those knobbers down the road are I don't think they'd actually attack unmuzzled police dogs.
-
That Northumbria Police link is beyond parody Aye, despite the fact a lot of your fans have acted the cunt over the past few weeks and months I can't condone this sort of action from the police. It really is beyond the pale no matter which team is getting leathered and too common and football. I hope the police get their arses handed to them. I know the FSF and very probably Liberty will be all over this.

I had an N95 and it was the most infuriating piece of tat I ever did own. It was slow, the battery life was shockingly bad, it would crash half a dozen times over the course of a days use, it would randomly delete photos, messages, call records etc. and introducing any memory card into the mix would see all those problems made ten times worse. In the end I did exactly what you're thinking of. Sold it on Mazuma mobile for £100, used the money I got to pay off the last three months of my contract and thanks to a mate at O2 got an iPhone on a very good contract. Never looked back.

Toon bid hopefuls backed by New York firm

Sure I got slaughtered for this last week Probably because you posted it the day after Keith Harris had been on the radio saying otherwise. -
I've never really understood this desire for fans on the board. What could they possibly bring to the table? I'm not saying it's wrong, I just don't understand it. I think a fan elected representative or two should be on the board of every football club, for accountability more than anything.
-
I honestly think Geremi would be more of an asset in the Championship. Jonas' complete inability to put in any sort of semi-decent final ball is going to cost us dearly, especially when we have someone like Carroll about.
-
He's better than Hughton, but he strikes me as a massive, massive wanker. His managerial stints always seem to start very well before a catastrophic drop off in performance where he suddenly turns on the board, players and fans and blames all of those rather than himself. I had an AV fan describe his period in charge as "the most depressing time ever following Aston Villa". No thanks.

Nolan is spot on in the first article IYAM.

According to the Daily Mail.

That is fucking amazing.

He wouldn't get the message if the bottle it was in washed up at his feet on that Hawaian beach he's sunning himself on.
