Blackburn, he posts on brfcs.co.uk. That's where the post is apparently lifted from. -
If you can remember being on here at the back end of the last summer transfer window you'll remember a Blackburn supporting journo who writes for the Mirror effectively put his house on us signing Aimar. Anyway, he's back on one of those boards and getting all excited about something which is apparently going to knock us all for six. Sounds interesting if not a little far fetched. Anyone like to guess?

We know that. His craic isn't shit.

Call me daft, but I actually believe him for once. You don't make a statement to a two-bit local newspaper if you're trying to drum up interest, you go on Five Live and shout from the roof tops much like KH did before Christmas. The silence from both Fat Fred and Ananda Krishnan (whose bid is being talked up by Malaysian cabinet ministers) is deafening and I think we may see a resolution some time soon.

I've heard he keeps boiling the kettle too

Whatever on Skunkers is good mates with Kenny Shepherd and says that him and his family expect to be back in charge of the club by next week. Okay, i'd much rather Fat Fred than Fat Ash but i'd also rather a consortium made up of Ian Huntley, Peter Sutcliffe and the ghost of Fred West than the Shepherds

.COM have went way down in my estimation over the past few years when it comes to breaking stories. When was the last time they actually got anything right? They changed their opinion on AK around half a dozen times before settling for the non-commital "we've no idea tbh". Don't even get me started on the Deco saga It's a big call to put on your website if that's the case, especially considering the libel implications. It's not really defamatory though.

I also think it shows how shabbily run this club has been over the past few years that we've relied on MO for our goals, knowing full well his injury record.
-
I don't hate Owen. He never acted in an unprofessional manner and scored some important goals for us. I don't believe his heart was 100% in the club but show me a player whose is nowadays? All he is guilty of really is losing form at the worst possible time and being given a king's ransom in cash by the previous owners. We knew his injury record was shite when we signed him but you can't account for the broken toe and fucked ligaments. They were freak injuries. He was and I believe still is a good player, arguably the best one we'll see at this club for some years yet. He probably could've done more in the past few months but he's not the only one.

Anyone else think that we've let go so many staff Llambias himself is simply doing the ground tours? I bet it as nothing more than a bunch of snap happy Asian tourists.

"That's the lampost they threatened to hang me from after the Keegan fiasco."

If your company ever employs anyone more lowly than you, then you need to start worryig about this shit. The Fish throwing his weight around. I feel sorry for the kids

"Michael, it says you're home to some of the best golf courses in the North East. Is that true?"

"I was on the phone to Jackie Chan about some paint." I've heard rumours Kay is writing a third series on his lonesome. I hope it never sees the light of day.

I don't remember saying it was foolproof or easy. Just trying to help. What areas do you want to write about/interested in? I'm just remembering another conversation we had a few months back when you effectively said as much Sports reporting and/or feature writing are what i'd eventually like to do but at the minute i'm willing to try my hand at just about anything. If I'm honest I would forget about sports reporting for the time being... More chance of being gang raped by a bus full of playboy bunnies than getting a job in that. Start with news and features and take it from there, a couple of old colleauges (including me) made the move from news in to sport after several years experience. Most of them are now out of a job but that's a different story. Aye, sport always seems to be something you move into rather than start in so i'm ready to do my time on the news desk writing about cowboys builders and cats stuck up trees. It would be nice to be derided on here and other boards for my shoddy NUFC reporting one day though PR is something i'm actively looking to get into too as there seems to be more chance of a job but even they're closing ranks at the minute. Any suggestions?

Watched it on iPlayer last night. Found myself getting quite angry when after accidents they were talking about how a lot of people wanted to see the space programme shut down.

Obviously it's something i'm doing. I still write quite a bit for the FSF so it's not as if i'm not keeping myself busy and putting my work out there. However, it's not foolproof.
