  1. Glad you went with this one rather than Ruud & Roy.
  2. Nope, no coincidence, they're both shitcunts.
  3. Savage colours public perception with his idiocy. Ferdinand is in a position to talk about how a top class defender should play towards the end of his career. I am a knobhead on a messageboard. There are the differences, dear boy.
  4. Terry was saying that he doesn't have a problem being criticised by people in the media who know what they're talking about. But he won't have someone like Robbie Savage, whose sole purpose is to be controversial rather than offer any insight, telling him how he should be playing. Terry's got no issue with your average man on the street saying this or that, because it's unlikely to colour opinion, but when the critic is supposed to be an expert, they should really have more to say than the average man on the street. For Savage see Owen, Wright, Collymore, everyone else on Talksport, most people on 5Live. These men haven't the wherewithal to inform the public, yet they're charged with doing exactly that. (fwiw le Tissier has been critical of Terry, as have many of the journalists, and Terry hasn't a problem with them, so it's obviously not about what they've won, or what level they've played at, it's about whether you talk utter shit, or not.)
  5. Hey Parky, if we do see pictures of people on Mars, are you adamant they'll be fake? I only ask because it seems a daft thing to fake iyam.
  6. Aye, us. I'm just saying there are positives to take, that performance arguably being our worst under McClaren is chief amongst them imo. SM has us playing better football and with a bit more confidence and a bit more composure we'll climb the table. Also, if Carver's quotes about similar funds being made available in January and June are to be believed, I'm more positive about the club than I am negative.
  7. Mbemba looked good Nobody got injured Elliott played brilliantly The goal showed the quality that exists in our team. I get that it was a bad performance, but there were positives even in that pile of shite. The worry is the next 3 games are very tricky. Games where, at the beginning of the season, you'd probably have hoped for 4-6 points... Now? we'd probably be happy with 2-4?
  8. Which two teams have Newcastle faced at Loftus Road, that aren't QPR?
  9. Reckon we deserve a bit of luck; but for misfortune we'd have taken 3pts from Chelsea, sunderland and Stoke.
  10. The most 'hack' of all stories this. If all we need is a big lump, we've Tom Heardman in the reserves.
  11. Clean sheet, away win, Mbemba, the goal was from excellent build up, monkey off our backs, out of the bottom 3, a win when none around us did the same, no injuries, Blobby Jelliott performed brilliantly which will do his confidence a world of good.
