Over the last couple of years they've probably had more collapses than us. Their batting line up looks really shaky. Smith and Warner are clearly quality players but there's question marks over Khawaja (although he's looked a good player of the last year or so when I've seen him in various formats) and likes of the two Marsh's, Voges, Nevil and Burns don't look good enough to me. They gave a debut to a 31 year old in this last match too and he averaged 2 I think. They've lost a lot of good players in the last few years (Clarke, Rogers, Johnson, Harris, Haddin, Watson etc) and they seem like they're struggling to replace them and it doesn't look like a great sign that they're bringing in players in their 30's as their replacements. Think they might bring a few younger players in for the third test.

He was fit last week wasn't he? Leeds are pretty irrelevant to me. It's only their relative geographical proximity to us and the fact they have one of the larger supports in this division (when they bother to turn up) that makes me care more than any other game. That said, I'm going on Sunday and really looking forward to it. But probably no more than I was Barnsley or Preston.

Another piss poor performance from Australia I see. Their batsmen look terrified. It'd be nice to see them continue in that fashion for another year or so. SA'a bowlers look superb mind. And that's without Steyn or Morkel.

It's got to be Diame for me but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Colback or Anita should it come to it.

Has he ever played there? I don't like playing players out of position.

And we won it once. Neither of us have been champions of Europe though. There may have been as many good or better teams in the fairs cup then as there was in the European Cup but winning the latter is what would have made you champions of Europe.

They chant that they're champions of Europe? Strange thing for a championship club who haven't been champions of Europe to sing.

It was on a par with Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates for me. Although I managed to sit through the latter when didn't with the former.

Champions of Europe. If Colback replaces Shelvey we're going to have to look to the flanks for creativity because there will be none in the middle.

Why is their site called that? I actually fancy a draw for this one. They're not in bad form and the internationals and a possible suspension for Shelvey could hurt us a bit.

I turned Bad Moms off after about ten minutes the other week. It seemed absolutely terrible. Thought the Shallows wasn't bad but certainly wasn't good either. I agree her acting was wank in it.

Shame he didn't get his century but I think he was trying to up the run rate for the team. Could have had three wickets already here. Still think there's next to no chance of a result but they're keeping it interesting.

Hameed is looking very decent. And I see Australia had another collapse last night.

Aye Cook doesn't like to risk the loss. Hopefully it's an Indian collapse we see this time though.

Two late wickets there might just change things a little.

It's not really a dull game, there have been a few close things this morning, but a draw is certainly looking like the most likely result now.

I've woke up early the last couple of days so I've seen most of it. It's not a minefield and they're saying it doesn't look like it will really break up that much, but all the commentators are still saying it was a key toss to win so I think there's still a reasonable chance of a result. We'll have to bowl well tomorrow though as we didn't really put them under much pressure in that last session today.

There's a fair few cracks in it and they were getting it to reverse without having the quality of quicks we have. Day 3 is key.

Glad it's not just me.

My mate (who would also nicely fit your name) has just text me something very similar. I'm waiting til the ball gets a bit older and see if we can get it reversing before making a judgement.

It's Ali's own fault he's ended the day on 99. He should have got at least the two he needed from the full toss that he was given first ball of the last over. Excellent knock by him regardless. Good first day for us and I'd think we'd be pretty content if all of the pitches play like that over there. It was nowhere near the strips in Bangladesh.

It's a thought that will be going through my mind when I go to be tonight.

Watched War Dogs last night. Was ok.
