The whole reasonable doubt thing is never black and white though is it. It all depends on the jury. Sometimes they just think someone is guilty (or innocent) and they vote that way regardless of how concrete the evidence is. I'm not sure how good a defense it is for them to be calling her a liar when he's admitted he's been lying for a year when he maintained his innocence of everything. I would think some the jury will just think that he's lying again now when he's accusing her of lying. At least part of what she's claiming happened has proved to true.

Aye I pretty much thought the same as you. Obviously the music was another big plus on its side. Probably not as good as I was hoping, especially as Scorsese directed, but enough to keep me interested.

Cinema. You're not going to get many good quality streams of new films at the minute. It's usually only the films up for awards that you get screeners of. Blockbusters you tend to have to wait until just before they come out on DVD.

Deadpool. Thought it was one of the best Marvel films there has been.

My impression is that Charnley leads the inquest into his own ineffectiveness. Can't see him ever coming up with the conclusion that he's better suited to stacking shelves in tesco than he is to running a premier league/championship football club.

We need to get our heads round the difference between being positive and reckless. We're much better to watch now than we were a year ago but some of the wickets we gave away yesterday were ridiculous. Morgan's being possibly the worst.

Genesis is pretty much fucked. I've just deleted it now as most of the links just don't work any more. But as Fish says there's only the crap cam copy of The Force Awakens available at the moment. I would guess that since there's not been a leak of it now (unsurprising since it wasn't an awards bait film) you'll probably have to wait until it's about to be released on DVD before you'll get a decent copy of it.

There's a lack of leadership throughout the club. Ashley shows very little interest, Charnley clearly isn't up to his job, McClaren might be a good coach but he inspires no one and Colo is a disgrace as a captain. I think the time has definitely come to get shot of Charnley and McClaren and pick someone else as captain. I have no expectations that any of these things will happen though.

From what they appear to have read out there doesn't seem to be any actual proof of what they actually did. Only stuff like "it wasn't that bad was it" and "it was class but I just wated to get your jeans off". Clearly shows him as a cunt but doesn't look like it proves the two charges he's denied.

I think you've hit the nail on the head there. It might not be as disgusting as what catholic priests have been doing for years but it's still morrally and legally wrong and there is no defence.

Arrons did well against West Brom but I think that was because most of his role was to attack. He wouldn't have that luxury against Chelsea so I play Colback ahead of him if Dummett isn't fit.

I would say that 16 doesn't suggest that he's likely to be attracted to children of all ages and a risk to be around them. But for someone in their late twenty's to act on an attraction to someone he knew to be that age certainly isn't acceptable. He's the adult and should be able to act better than that.

The Hunt. Mads Mikkelsen as a kindergarten assistant who gets accused of being Adam Jonhnson's dad in a small town in Denmark. Without forty thousand unwashed to believe him, he finds himself shunned by the community and most of his friends despite their being no evidence against him. Excellent performance from Mikkelsen and a really gripping film from start to finish 8/10.

Neither club is particularly keen on travelling then.

He's the only manager to win a trophy for Boro and he took them to a European final. Surely that must count as a sucess? I don't think he's a great manager like and I agree with Alex that it's only us who would have considered him at this stage, but I have enjoyed watching us under him(even in some of the defeats) more than I was in the last few years under Pardew.

I take it that record is at Stamford Bridge? We seem to do much better against them up here.
