  1. Baggio, he already said what he thought of Cisse yesterday "Where's the Carroll money" Don't you get it? Lol
  2. We will never finish on more points than we did under the previous regime and if we do it will be a flash in the pan, then if we do it again next season it will be another flash in the pan and if we qualify for the champions league it won't be as good because we sold the best players and Ashley spent the money stocking up on donnay underpants and lonsdale trainers. Even if BA and Cisse sign deals for life and Colo gets a NUFC tattoo on his chest it still won't be enough because a player we have not signed yet who turns out to be good will be sold and replaced with an African playing keepy uppy in a slum in Nigeria, who incidentaly will also be sold. On topic, enough points to finish in the top 7
  3. There are plenty on here that are season ticket holders and go to games and have for a long while but you treat their opinions with contempt too just because they differ from yours
  4. @LM Nobody mentioned Keegan, he said lesser managers you bell. Why the obsession with me seeing games? Most of my posts to you relate to proven facts that have no relevance to actual games. Things like transfers, costs etc I watch and have played football for 30 years so I am in a pretty good position to talk about it. You go to every game but rarely, if ever, comment on the game or players which pretty much sums you up
  5. so money doesn't matter then ? YOu don't need to back your managers with funds ? ManU and every successful club there has even been have been getting it all wrong ? A few wins against Blackburn and Aston Villa mean we are getting it all right instead of those clubs ? If anything summed up the gullibility of some posters, then that is it, it's as bad anything anybody else has posted, even from the likes of Gloomy, JSM, Cabayeaye, BestBanone etc. The key words lesser and manager are the key to that point
  6. you can quote this thread or any other in a few years time. As I said, you may be pissing your pants at a few wins, but when you've supported the club for more than 5 minutes you tend not to get carried away. How many times have you seen NUFC play again ? A comment on the clips from the book would be canny, but I suppose it is way beyond your knowledge and comprehension of the club, like most people who have commented in this thread so far. You mean anyone who disagrees with you? Even the author has got it wrong in the parts that doesn't suit your agenda. You are making yourself look a prize pratt but carry on it amuses me
  7. Haha, funny this. Talks about derailing the thread then spouts the usual drival. Someone makes a valid comment and the reply is from the quote generator. He was asked in another thread about Cisse and responded with a comment about backing the manager. He really is loosing the plot and with every point we pick up pushes him nearer to the edge of total meltdown. I now expect him to tell me I don't go to games or ask when my man will better the positions of the previous regime or maybe ask where the Carroll money is
  8. Cisse and BA will be one of the most productive strike partnerships in the league. We have every chance of a top 6 finish now. Unbelievable that Leazes can't offer a view on Cisse but would rather just go on a rant, very sad indeed. This is the point I made previously, he's in a great position to add some quality insights into threads like this but can't help himself reverting to type
  9. Quality performance, can't fault anyone. Who would have thought Perch and Guthrie could replace Cabaye and Tiote, massive respect to Pardew, he's getting the best out of everyone. Krul is the best in the league, BA and Cisse look the real deal, Jonas was a real workhorse, I love the way he plays. Guthrie looks a proper player now, Santon is improving and offers a lot going forward, Jose who?, Colo is the man and Williamson was good, Simpson looks solid. Perch did well, fair play to him. We have quality, we have team spirit,we have a good manager,we are joint 4th, we are Newcastle United
  10. I'm feeling a bit of man love for our Demba
  11. I can tell you haven't been in the playground lately. Do you monitor playgrounds closely Leazes ?? While he's on the lookout for 12 year old boys from Singapore, which he keeps mentioning in the other thread. As for Terry, hope he never plays for England again, he gets found guilty,Chelsea sack him and he finds Rio and Anton tag teaming his mum
  12. He's a signed-up regular at http://www.sweet-wen-zhi.com I'm not clicking that link mate
  13. no, only that I know that most people like you know fuck all about NUFC, including 10 year olds from Singapore. There are/were lots of them on Newcastle Online, masquerading as NUFC supporters. And they appear to be more common on here these days. What do you masquerade as when you chat to these boys on line? A 12 year old girl with a massive crush on Freddy Shepherd , I bet they love your tales about top 5 finishes and how it was all stopped when evil uncle Mike sold the best players and pocketed the cash leaving us to find these Africans playing football with coconuts and put them into the team
  14. LM. You have much experience of 12 year olds from Singapore?
  15. That makes no sense at all, they should back Souness they shouldn't back Souness, all in the same sentence. Hahahahah, loon
  16. I don't think we will finish in the top 4 but its a credit to how well Pardew and the players have done to get us in a position where its being discussed. I would love it if the table looked like this after 38 games with us being above Liverpool and Arsenal.
  17. The amount doesn't matter, its the player that does. The fee is only relevant to those who constantly ask where the Carroll money is and to support their pointless argument they will always quote the lowest fee possible. The easiest way to look at it is Demba BA and Papiss Cisse are both quality players regardless of the cost
  18. Think Arsenal win,Stoke draw,Man U and Spurs win. Hope Blackburn can get something at Arsenal but can't see it. We need to beat Villa, no slip ups
  19. Most teams don't like doing business in the January transfer window unless it suits them or the offer is too good to turn down, which generally means a club paying over the odds for a player, we all know Ashley won't do that hence why that deal never happend, they also won't sign a player knee jerk style if the target can't be landed. Yes its a gamble but that's Ashley and to be fair recent transfer history proves he's been right to stick with his policy.
  20. I'm hardly going to worry we wouldn't be held to ransom over a championship centre back who would have been a stop gap until the summer. I am excited to see our new centre forward team up with our very impressive current centre forward, especially when our 2 world class centre midfielders are back together. Not bad when you consider Krul,BA,Collo,Tiote and Cabaye could easily get in any side other than City
  21. Which will hopefully be Sunday, Ameobi and Best have done absolutely nothing to stake a claim to be picked ahead of Dembas
  22. 23 games gone, above Liverpool and Arsenal and 3 points behind Chelsea, both BA and Cisse to return for the next game and Tiote and Cabaye later this month. If results go our way this weekend then there will be daylight between us and 6th place. Long way to go yet but its been a successful league campaign so far
  23. Not for me, I'm done with the tedious twat now
  24. When he has played off the striker he doesn't hold his position at all, we were left with him dropping deep in our half and an isolated front man up top on his own. That's his role, to make things happen. Drop deep, pick the ball up and bring others into play. If he can't do that, can't play out wide in a 4-4-2 then I guess he's a bit fucked
  25. His best role would be in a 4-4-1-1 behind the striker but can't see that happening with both Dembas fit or in a 4-3-1-2 behind the Dembas, which would be a creative looking side but would also leave the fullbacks pretty exposed and that's not Pardews style.
