Im seriously gettin fucked off with the officials in this league now!!!!!!!!
-
Looks an absolutely tremendous signing.
-
Thats quite a few times now that good balls played into shola to fuck up.
-
Man city are dirty fuckin bastards.
-
NO chance, both the bones in his legs have snapped. Easter at best. Keegan and Butt both think it was a fair tackle. Sorry, but that's just bollocks. It was massively cynical, I bet Mancini told De Jong to take BArfa out. Went in hard aye, stamping his authority on the game and to knock Barfa's confidence aye...didnt go out to injure him man.
-
Hes not playing as a striker though. When he's got the ball he's helped build attacking moves and always gave an option. Dont get me wrong i'd still not of started him but he's having a good game in midfield.
-
Looking at that challenge again and tbf it is a good genuine tackle, no intention.
-
Our best player crocked long term, probably wont see him again. Coloccini who looked decent crocked aswell and a penalty which wasnt a penalty. Apart from those negatives we have been pretty fuckin good actually. All our good play coming down our left with Gutierrez having a great game. Routledge is fuckin woeful man. Barton, Nolan and especially tiote have very good games and suprisingly Shola is leading the line well. Playing a high line is risky and has caused a few dicey moments but its that same high line which has enable us to boss the game, squeezing the middle of the park. Keep it going boyz.

Ameobi aside, i quite like that line up and the shape to the team!
-
Well, to drop Carroll if he hasnt trained well is a statement and the correct thing to do, keep him grounded. I think its more so the fact he's a dodgey ankle and hasnt been able to train well. Glad to see Routledge dropped and jonas in. Genuine pace on the wings, although i am seriously worried Perch will get repeatitively arsed raped and williamson will give a penalty away. That said, we have the ability to go forward well. I just hope we work hard for each other and do ourselves proud. Got this down as a loss so anything more is a bonus.

Mixed feelings about this one. Mainly because i just dont see Hughton making the right changes. Changes which to most are obvious and are in the best interests of the team. Routledge out...Jonas in. Nolan out...Lovenkrands in, and reluctantly...Raylor at RB. We'venothing to lose in these games away from home when most expect us to get beat so why not go there and attack? Would love to see us line up like.... ---Krul--- ---Raylor---Williamson---Coliccin---Enrique--- ---Jonas---Barton---Tiote---Ben Arfa--- ---Carroll----Lovenkrands---

Was this something or nothing then? I must admit though, my thoughts were of an "off field" reason why he has been unavailable/injured like the Kieron Dyer and coke snorting incident.

For once kevin that was quite funny.

Who? Joey Barton and Kevin Nolan for one. A stronger CB that is good in the air to replace Collocini, although Collo has been pretty solid this season thus far. If the club has ambitions other than survival, these are the decisions that have to be made. But in due time. So far so good in picking up Tiote and Ben Arfa. I dont think ANYONE on here adores Barton or Nolan for that matter. Id say Nolan is more contempted, where as i think alot of people are giving Barton a chance to actually do a job for us, and up till now, is doing pretty well. Agreed. Joey Barton is doing a relatively good job for us thus far. But eventually, if the club has ambitions higher than survival and mid-table, then players like Barton will have to be upgraded, imo. Well... This season is all about staying up and possibly a money spilling cup run. Next year we will look to progress and establish. I think, more hope, that once this season is over and we are still a PL side that Nolan, Smith, Shola, Harper, Best and Perch are all moved on and replaced. Krul, Forster, Enrique, Kadar, Coloccini, Saylor, Williamson, Raylor, Simpson, Barton, Guthrie, Gosling, Ben Arfa (If we keep him) Gutierrez and Carroll are all players who either are or could be PL players.

Especilly a mobile one that can defences on the back foot worried about the space behind them. As with Blackpool, Stoke held their shape and soaked up the first half hour and then started to go about their business. Franky we looked hesitant and scared in the second half and one Bafra and Tiote came off we lost our two best players. With Bafra a case could be made that he for the first time didn't perform miracles, but even a 70% Bafra keeps other sides from moving up the pitch without fear. Thing is...Lovenkrands is quite and makes good runs. Ben Arfa is quite and make good runs with the addition of skill, guile and ability. So we have two options right there. Hughton wont drop his mate though.

Before he's sectioned?

I dont think they ask you for proof of funds until you actually go through customs in australia where they ask for a bank statement.....its random spot checks so in theory anyone could get lucky. They told me the same thing too with regards to work. No longer than 6 months with any employer. Getting a sponsorship is something id definitly be interested in. The chance to leave this hole for an extended period of time would be welcomed. Our plans are to go over with the $5000 each, rent an apartment for roughly $800 pm and use Cairns as a base. Work three months and travel three, work 3, travel 3 and possibly stay for a second year if all is well. I cant wait man...i bet your dying to just get over there now ay? Good luck mate! Let me know how its going once your out there yeah?

I agree. Carroll NEEDS to be told to stay central at all times, and if you play Nolan the same thing with him also. That then gives us options all the time when balls come in from out wide be it crosses or pull backs for our strikers in the air or attackers bursting late. Of course for this to be of any relevance we need good service into the box. Perch and Routlegde on the right are shit. Enrique could do more, where as Ben Arfa looks like he has a good delivery as well as ability in running at defenders.
-
Who?
-
I agree about Routledge, i do like him but he has been shit of late. Got to be Gutierrez and Ben Arfa next. This guys a clown if he was even remotely serious with that comment....Tiote looks quality! Stumbled around if pressured and was lucky to get away with a few loose balls. lack of actual tackles - didn't see much quality tbh. He did look good last week so I hope it was an off day - which it has to be said applies to Barton compared with last well as well. No offence but your talkin out your rectum fella. Tiote looked calm and collected, spread the play, tidied up, pressed and overall done VERY well. And as for Barton.....his passing was pretty good. Remember Stoke play very compact which for any team is hard to break down. Aye your as pissed off and as frustrated as the rest of us but seriously your talkin shit. Routledge was shit. Perch was shit. Nolan could of done more as too so could Carroll.

I agree but how many times? Boston....china....coachin our young lads? I like him, met him a fair few times, sad thing is, he IS a lost cause....the only reason he hasnt been sectioned is because he USED to be a famous footballer.
-
Fucking bi-polar season this is gonna be man.
-
Routledge wasn't shit! What game were you watching? His pace alone causes problems, so he doesn't cut defences apart like championship, so what? He works so hard, beats his man most times and gets back and defends. LOONYtoon....apt. Routledge was wank man.
