When Shearer signed for Newcastle he said he didn't understand how anyone could sign for Newcastle over Man Utd. At the time we were easily their equals in terms of side.
-
His patter about Shearer signing for us was disrespectful, apart from that I have nowt against him, far more likable than Carragher, quite funny too.
-
He actually broke the back of the net, well the corner. What a goal, my favourite goal this season. I don't think the gap between him and Messi is big as people make out, in fact I honest to god prefer Ronaldo as a footballer.
-
TBF to Neville (and Bruce for that matter) their best game for Man Utd was together at centre half when they beat us 0-1. We were unlucky but Neville was absolutely class that night at centre half, only about 18 or 19 then too.
-
The Indian warcry bloke is from Walker according to someone on twitter and still goes.
-
The lack of respect people have for each other on this board, is sad to see.
-
Steven Gerrard is one of the best English players of the last 20 years, as is Frank Lampard, but Carragher's crack last night that both were much better than Scholes beggars belief. Thick as fuck scouse divvy him mind.
-
If he wasn't such a smarmy arrogant cunt then people would be a lot more willing to give him praise when we do well. His sickening over the top support (every single week) of his boss (a globally recognised cunt) beggars belief. Not one manager in the history of football has referred to a clubs finances as much as he does, and any redeeming features he may have will always be tarnished by his arselicking in my eyes.
-
I'm every bit as pessimistic and miserable a cunt as you are, but I'm telling you now we were tremendous against Fulham a draw would've massively flattered them, and Villa was the second best performance this calendar year. There seems a purpose about us I wasn't expecting at all.

Krul 5, Debuchy 8, Santon 7, Coloccini 8, Mbiwa 8, Cabaye 8, Anita 8, Sissoko 8, Ben Arfa 10, Cisse 6, Remy 8

I thought we were magnificent and a draw would've been a travesty. nufc.com got it right imo........."what can truly be called out most cohesive and convincing performance since beating Chelsea 3-2 at Gallowgate in February"
-
Fair play, you're welcome on here any time. I know it's easy to go over the top after a win but I honestly believe that was our best away performance since we beat the yids 1-4. Absolutely magnificent, I thought at half time it would be typical Pardew holding on for a win 1-0, and we were slightly more reserved but we were still by far the better team, against a side who will definitely be 8th-12th this season. Ben Arfa had his best game for the toon, 10/10 would be too low a mark for him, absolutely magnificent, he's not too good for Newcastle United playing like that, but he's too good for Mike Ashley's Newcastle United, what a show he put on. He is easily in the top 10 players I've seen at this club when he plays like that.

I've said you seem a nice bloke. It's not your fault your brummie. Anyway any sort of result tomorrow and I'll be delighted with, not cos Villa are good, more because we are utter wank.

Stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason though. I would laugh at them if I've never slept in Birmingham, never been to football in Birmingham, never been on the drink in Birmingham, and I've done all of them many times. Some of my clients are brummies. I'm not saying geordies are the absolute pinnacle of global interest and sophistication (even though we are), but brummies man. FFS. You will get the odd decent one, I've met Cat Deeley, and she was so nice I even stopped thinking you're brummie you pet. Anyway, my point is brummies are boring cunts. If this comes across as unintelligent gibberish, I don't care. It's what I think. Hope we hump you banner making cunts tomorrow. You seem like a good kid though.

Pete101 comes across as a cunt. I don't think brummies will ever comprehend or could comprehend how much we look down our noses at them, which is why I think their banners and their patter is hilarious. Imagine being fuckin brummie. To me brummie means boring, 19st, spots, skint, depressed, and the nearest thing to a human robot you can get. Everywhere from Stoke to Reading, they might as well be krauts they're such characterless people. Is it because they're near Wales? Who the fuck knows. An absolute stain on the United Kingdom though the geographical area I've mentioned. There ye are.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
McFaul replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
The whole lot of them are cunts. That is a fact no one can deny. Fair enough Pardew intimating that we needed to sell Cabaye to raise funds, but that's a disgrace in itself when mickey mouse clubs are spending millions. Also what it says is Kinnear's job at the club this summer and his ability to actually fulfil his remit, was ENTIRELY dependent on selling Cabaye. What a joke club. Honestly I hate Ashley so much I'd cheer if he done a Matthew Harding.- 10610 replies

The thing is we're from the North East of England. You're saying he's trying to influence the hierarchy with these statements, but he's making them based on a hope Ashley will relent and give him some money to spend. I'm sorry that's not good enough, we don't do the cloak and dagger stuff in the North East we like complete transparency, yes he plays the game, we don't like the game, and many of us don't like him.- 10610 replies

Exactly people defending him are like a 6th form debating club, where the task is to defend the indefensible.- 10610 replies

I couldn't disagree with your post any more. He's basically told lies to the supporters two and a half weeks ago. I don't think there is ANY DOUBT what so ever he plays the PR game for Ashley, I don't know of one manager who has spoken up for his owner more than he has, when MA has never deserved it. You're right in saying it's a situation he has no control over, so why treat us like mugs saying we'll sign two players, and this statement today is one of the most disgraceful I have seen in the last decade. Why did he not go on about overdrafts on 23rd August? Newcastle United are bigger than Norwich and Cardiff put together, that is a fact yet between them they spent £55m. Do people really think they had that money ready. They're spending it knowing the fortunes they're getting at the end of this season guaranteed, and this arsehole insults our intelligence by refering to overdraft facilities, after he'd promised us two players. He is a disgrace, and while I admire the articulate way you've tried to defend him, it's utter nonsense. There is no defence.- 10610 replies

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
McFaul replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
Pardew told the Chronicle: “They all expected a marquee signing, although I have to say a marquee signing would have taken us into our overdraft facility. “That was something we really didn’t want to do, although there were two or three bids that went in that would have definitely put us in that. “There was the will there, but I don’t wantto say any more thanthat. “I don’t want to affect our fans any more than they’ve been affected. “They’re disappointed, but we still carry a team that can have a successful season.” Gomis’ agent revealed yesterday that he could make a cut-price move for less than £2.5m in January from Lyon. And while Pardew also revealed a bid for an English player also fell through towards the end of the window, when asked about future transfer plans, he said: “I don’t want to give our fans any kind of discussion about January. “We’ll get plenty of time to talk about that leading up to it.” Director of football Joe Kinnear – who has yet to offer any explanation for a disastrous transfer window – has stayed tight-lipped about recruitment despite making boastful claims earlier this summer. Pardew says he was disappointed not to sign a new striker and said: “Our fans wanted a marquee signing. “I stated that I wanted another offensive player. “Another striker would have helped us. “I’m really happy with my strikers, but I’m a bit vulnerable to injury. “But everybody has trained, and we’ve got a great team to turn up at Villa. “We’ve got a really good side, and a good bench, a bench which can affect the game. “I don’t want to talk about that. But for the mood of everybody, it’s been tough.” ------------------------- What a cunt! They all expected a marquee signing, aye! Because he said on August 23rd we'd have towo in by the end of the window. On about overdraft facilities. FOR FUCK SAKE. Cardiff City spent £35m, what an utter lying cunt of a man he is. Arsehole.- 10610 replies

If that's true, and it seems too far fetched to me to be true, Ashley is trying every trick in the book to get Pards to resign. Absolute cunt if its true or not anyway.

Fox was £4.25m not £4.5m without being pedantic. Michael O'Neill's hatrick against Luton will live long in my memory, one of them the best volley you'll ever see. He was 18 then and you thought he could do anything in the game. That was the highlight of his career, and sitting on Coventry's bench later on.
