1. I like "and that - is FACTILICIOUS".
2. I've never actually supported the campaign - a Hiddink man myself (although i dont care who is appointed as long as they win most of our matches), and I have found the Hitzfeld people on N-O oppressive a while back, but I was willing to forgive and forget. I have been able to see the hardwork people have put in on this campaign, and feel that Peasepud has over-stepped the mark. I am not here to get sympathy, only to name and shame the perpetrator in his home patch. 108811 So what you're actually saying Dan is that you have absolutely no problem with the hoax that they've done, you just want to use the situation to have a pop at Toontastic? Lets get one thing straight, Toontastic had nowt to do with the hoax, yet we appear to be bearing the brunt.... Go pick your toys up man! 108968 Dan?
3. You rotten bastard. So what happened then? 108921 He was over the moon! The emails he sent back were all "Oh I can't BELIEVE you've got in touch after all this time! So good to hear from you!". We strung it out for a little while before the guilt set in at which point "she" rather abruptly told him she was moving to Australia and wouldn't be on emails any more. Anyway, a year or so later he goes to a school reunion and she's only fucking there! None of us had the nerve to ask him what she had to say when he asked her how Australia was. 108928
4. Quite ironic coming from someone who does absolutely nowt but rattle on about Newcastle-Online.
5. I answered your questions too the other day Leazes. You never replied. Funny that like.
6. Yes, there are definitely replays.
7. I agree as long as it doesn't detract from the important point, our performance. I'm a bit overly sensitive to criticisms of the referee because I swear to God the twat that sits in front of me is only interested in going to the match to shout abuse at the ref. It's so distracting it's driving me mad, it's non-stop and incessant, every single match. Of course, this twat can spot an offside at the Gallowgate end much better than the linesman, and of course, we should get awarded every single decision going. Naturally yesterday I thought he was going to explode, but unfortunately this never happened. Still, if he keeps up his referee-hating antics rather than give one ounce of support to the team I may be forced to garott him with some clothesline. 108261 Where do you sit Renton? Cos the bloke that sits two from me sounds exactly like that. He'll make more noise if the goalkeeper doesn't take a free kick in his own area from the exact spot than if we fucking score.
8. Some fabulous tune changing there, Gemmill!
9. I come on here quite often. That ok? Why not exactly? I'd have thought it was quite important myself. What were they? Rebuilding is only so good if you do it, then do not let the house fall back down again. Only two of those clubs are not surrounded in the very immediate area by clubs as big as them or even bigger. Do you think that if there were another Premiership team in Newcastle, our crowds would still be as big? How many times must you be told that since 1992 and since Hall and Keegan, there has been a massive boom in football and in Newcastle United? It's got absolutely sod all to do with Freddy Shepherd. If they're being paid for failure, how on Earth do you expect them to ever aim higher? Yes, they are legally entitled to their dividend - so are the directors at Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool etc - but they don't take it, preferring to plug the money back into the club. I don't have a problem with them taking money if we're doing well and winning things, like Man Utd's directors used to - but we're not. Who are these managers? Robson, yes. The rest, no. Either not top managers, not backed or both. How? When a massive proportion of their potential fanbase is off supporting the other, often bigger, team in their area? Never mentioned Liverpool. We should be at least matching them and Arsenal though.
10. My best mate went to the Alkmaar game over there last year when there was a stabbing in Amsterdam and said there was a huge Teesside contingent who were there solely to get pissed, stoned and cause trouble. In fairness, the news reports from this time round seem to exonerate the Smogs of any wrongdoing.
11. I can't bear radio, I even have to take my mp3 player in the car for the 10 minute journey to work. I just end up wanting to smash the thing in, whether it be the adverts, the constant news bulletins or simply the inane wittering of the presenters.
12. Leazes, far be it from me to butt into the argument, but I shall anyway. You maintain that we are doing better than 88 clubs or something, but under Shepherd: Average league position: 10th Average points total: 54 Managers departing under a cloud: Three Trophies won: None Money paid to the Hall and Shepherd families during this time in dividends alone: £23.6m How exactly are we doing better? One season in the Champions League and two Cup Finals in which we didn't even put up a fight?
13. That's not it though is it? They're only being given 3000 tickets and the ground would fill for this one anyway if the tickets were all NUFC.
14. I'm dreading the upcoming games of some of the people waiting to come on (e.g. Dave, what an embarrassing tit). You just know they're going to be toe-curlingly cringeworthy. People bringing pictures of their kids and saying "Number 3 I'm keeping cos it was me dad's favourite channel and I can feel him looking down on me." - Pick the boxes and fucking get on with it will you?
15. That's the trouble with Deal or no Deal, once the two big numbers go, they game dies a death. It's been cracking of late because they've been staying in play longer and longer. She's dealt way, way too early though. What's the point in coming on if you're going to do that?
16. Henry played for Monaco before Juventus ffs. 106448 yep, and 20 goals in 110 games proves my point 106593 Hardly. It's not a terrible return for a young left winger.
17. How much did Marcus win? I missed the end.
18. The only person who technically struggled in his first couple of seasons was Henry. All of the others looked like stars in their first year. I don't see why you chose those people, that's all. I personally feel what you've done is chosen some of the older stars who you perhaps hadn't heard of when they first started playing. Anyway, when you say top flight, do you mean in other countries? Because ALL of the players you listed succeeded in their first season in their own country. 106393 Even Henry managed 26 goals in 47 appearances in his first season. They were pretty piss poor examples tbh.

Otty Hitzfeld

Didn't you moan when N-O members kept banging on about it? End of the day, Hitzfeld knows there is a large group of fans who want him and Shepherd knows the same. The campaign can only do so much, the rest is up to the Fat Man.
20. No matter how many times I get told, I just don't see what it is. Won the LC twice, beating first division Tranmere and relegated Boro - that after a replay they earned following a goal two minutes into extra time injury time. Got to the UEFA Cup Final - beat Liverpool, Blackburn and Stuttgart on the way (Wow! Europe's giants!). Won things in Scotland - beaten soundly by Alex McLeish in the time they were both there, having broken the domination formed by those two proven Premiership managers, Graeme Souness and Walter Smith. Don't forget that his arrival coincided with the arrival the season before of a certain Swedish goal machine - who was that "success" really down to?
21. That can't be right surely? He's refused his pay-off, that can't mean he's allowed to walk for nothing if he gets tapped up? Citeh would have to be daft.
22. What's your username on NO? By the way, if you're expecting a lack of cliqueyness, this is probably not the best place to be. They're a canny bunch though. Except for that Gemmill. He's a cernt. 103823 I thought his post was quite ironic too 104163 Have I been whooshed? 104168 I believe so. Unless I have 104169 We have had a few clique-tastic threads from the soopa Reserve games attendees on NO recently, thought that might be what he meant.
