I actually like the opening of the song "Sitting in the Geordie Sun". Has potential. Shame the rest of it is shite

I just realised something. My Step Dad is from Glasgow and when discussing things with my late mother he would often call her either "Doll" or "Hun". I always assumed it was short for "Honey" He is a Celtic lad as well and my mother was English.

Yeah Ill be in the sun one at work. Not sure if it will let me do a second team in a different league. Unless I use a different email like.

You notice they have never said "the money will go back on transfer fees only". It's usually "the money will stay in the club". Which is horseshit as we know as even if they did count wages and signing on fees. What about the outbound players and their effect on things?

no Alex, the average fan doesn't give a monkeys how well the team does on the pitch just so long as they are turning in a profit for the owner, and celebrate by buying scarves with the share price printed on them Its a bit like at work. If I have a sales guy doing well, I dont really care whether all his paperwork is up to date. You tend to over look what goes on behind the scenes if what they produce is good. Similar here. If we were doing well, we wouldnt give a shite whether we were in huge debt or being ran as tight as a thai factory. but if you were the 5th most successful in the country ? Sorry We're the 2nd largest by t/o in the UK for our manufacturer

Wor lass is doing her first Great North Run this year. She has wanted to for a while but having two kids kinda gets in the way. Youngest is 2 this year so she has been training since March. Im not doing it this year (my turn to drag the kids to the finish etc). It's in aid of Children with Cancer. Yes, this is my begging post, see if anyone would be good enough to drop a few quid on it. Cheers. Sponsorship Web Page

Ages. It can be a nightmare. This year we are having a BBQ in the carpark rather than try to fight the crowd. The metro is quickest option but it's heaving. 30mins crossing line and getting stuff back etc. Thats the easy bit. Roads and carparks are jammed.

Sammy's gonna get ya! I've played against him before and lets just say he was so shite that only Newcastle would try to develop him. Fucking Mag vermin, fucking hate yee. That being the case why come on this forum and act like a retarded inbred fuckwitt.....unless of course its because you are a retarded inbred fuckwitt Ironic considering the 500 retarded inbred fuckwits who felt the need to invade a non-league team's pitch last night. Small time fuckers, how embarrassing. You know, I cant excuse the actions of the minority of fans last night. It was embarrassing. But dont come here acting all holier than thou soft cock. Dont forget we know the past record of your lot when running on to a pitch is concerned. As for small time fuck me. You have a sense of humour I'll say that. then again, you have to.

@Joseenriqe3 Is genuine. (dodgy spelling due to that name being taken, confirmed by Simpson and a couple of others)

Newcastle's Heysel to be honest. What I can't believe is doilums over 25 years of age who are sensationalising what was fucking nothing. What about the 3000 on the pitch at Plymouth, or the 1500 Birmingham fans chucking fireworks at Villa this season? Its not nothing though Stevie is it? Grown blokes man acting like twats running on to a pitch in the middle of a game? Get a grip man. Many might not be, but I do give a shit when the name of wor club is dragged through the shit. We dont need it man. I get that a few were pissed and thought it a laugh at the time, but that sparks off the other fuckwits who then think it's funny to start fighting with Darlo fans and so on. Why drag us down to mackem level? Maybe I'm just to sensible in my old age.
-
Its a joke. I can't believe people think its ok and just a bit of craic? It's embarrassing. The club has been dragged through the gutter over the years and people hardly need more ammo to have a go at us. I slated that one mackem lad for running on and pushing Harper. This is nee different. You cant have a go at the mackems and then run on the pitch yourself. I agree the worse part was the fighting and smashing stuff up outside. But if nee one ran on in the first place then it's unlikely the fighting in the ground would have happened.

Pretty much. I was cringing at the thought last night. Idiots.

Should merge this with the other thread and put it in here. Anyway, slow response now and again and hangs sometimes (server did not respond). Same if at work or home using chrome or Firefox.

making me hungry now...

Hopefully (smith, perch, routledge, best etc)

Would be the right thing to do tbf. Most clubs would sell a player not signing a new contract going into their last year. Better than leave for nowt in 12m time.

did the treatment work?? كانت الغواصة على الطريقة الإسلامي

One of the problem that I'm reading in to is that the "pot" included the £35M etc as we know. Part of the "pot" is to fund the new contract offered to Enrique. He seems to be holding out for a move but while that offer is on the table, Pardew can't spend the money. I think we will get a forward, but tbf the last thing we want is Pardew saying "we have loads to spend on a forward, expect something in the region of £10M" and wait for our eyes to be taken out by any club. I honestly dont see us paying more than £5-£7M and then that be added to the wages over the contract. Thats likely to be it imo unless the club sniff out another bargain (free).

Neil Taylor Transfer Saga & Other Adventures...
JawD replied to @yourservice's topic in Newcastle Forum
couldn't really put it better. Aye. From the sounds of it we were squabbling over a couple of hundred K. Not that long ago when we really wanted a player (Barton) I think we stumped up the extra loyalty bonus he was due because City wouldnt pay it. While I understand them not wanting to be done over, this is taking the piss. Acting like a two bit club. Again.
