I'd imagine they would buy the technology and then it would be swept away...

Id be happy to see us get money for either.

We are a bigger club than you, you nonce of a man. Why would he go there? Please tell me. What you laughing at you fucking victim of Thatcher's steelworks closure cunt??? Tottenham are currently better than Newcastle financially and clearly in terms of playing staff, but the history of the two clubs aren't dissimilar, and certainly we have a bigger fanbase. They couldn't even fill their little stadium till five years ago Certainly agree with Stevie here like. I fail to see how anyone could think Spurs a bigger club? Achievement are similar between the two clubs. They have 8 FA Cups and won the old league twice. Couple of European trophies. But in recent years (Premiership), NUFC has done more in the way of European exploits etc. Fan base is much larger for NUFC as they struggle to keep up with the bigger London clubs. I don't really see what can be argued againt that?

Our squad is paper thin. While Id have preferred a forward (Unlikely while we have Shola, Carroll, Best, Lov, Ranger etc and AP gave support to Shola and Best) and also a winger who can cross (I was hopeful of this after Routledge went out the door), I'd take anything that can improve the squad. When Nolan, Barton, Tiote have been out and we've brought in Guthrie or Smith etc, there has been a notable drop off in performance imo. Though guthrie had a couple of canny games, over all I'm yet to be convinced by him. I think Ireland, if he can get his form back, has every chance to jump into the side and play next to Tiote with Nolan playing off the forward.

Makes no sense to me at all. Are they saying those other players that are part of the squad shouldnt be used? Are they saying that it was the number of changes that what wrong? If so, do they have a guideline to how many changes can be made from game to game? Basically, they made up a rule on the spot but one no one knows the details of or when they may or may not cross the line? Senseless imo.

interesting. i've never made a tomato-based sauce with lemon juice before. isn't it super acidic? Not in the slightest.
-
For the pasta sauce, based on that one I tried, I'd definately recommend thinly slicing in a medium chilli (pips removed ofc and added with the onions etc at the start) and then grating in some lemon zest (about 1/4) and squeezing some juice in to the sauce (near the end). It freshens up the sauce and you can hardly tell the chilli is there bar a slight aftertaste. Worth a shot anyway.

The Quayside is for tourists, hen neets and mugs. Anyone who is 10 years over the adult drinking age can surely see that? Where do you drink Stevie? Round the Central station generally, top end reasonably often. How about you? Don't go out that much nowadays, but when I do I wouldn't rule out the quayside - what's wrong with it? Quite often go to the Crown Posada. The Forth is the only place I go to near central I think, but it's usually too busy. Sometimes I might head off to Jesmond or Ouseburn as well, or just go to Tynemouth (where I live). In terms of clientelle the worst bar round the Central. I wouldn't quite go that far but it attracts some proper nerbs and cernts like. Well you have two opposite ends of the Spectrum with there and Rafferty's like. Rafferty's is a funny place. Alright for a couple of pints like. You're right though, poles apart. I think of the places round there I hate the ones like Destination and Coco Vs the most. They're basically dumps but think they're something. The Forth makes an effort with the booze they sell but attracts psuedo-arty wankers at the same time. That Destination is fucking rank From the outside it looks like it could be canny but its a total dive inside. I was in the Freetrade the other day, still a canny little bar. Tries to be fuck all and I find you can just go in for a quiet pint. Not the place I'd go for a night out generally though. I like the telegraph as well. When I used to get to town more we'd go to Revolution and then the one up the ally next to it (cant remember its name) and then down to what was Jaks bar (and Po Na Na). Ant and Dec are always in Destination whenever they're home seen them there 3 or 4 times over the past years. I don't think Destination is that bad in all honesty. I bet people on here drink in the Bigg Market still and just don't admit to it Oh aye, I used to drink in the big market when I was in my early-mid 20's. Late teens to early 20's Id drink up the top end, broken doll, dog, farmers, percy and the like. But when I was out on the pull and off my head I'd be in Maceys then that one opposite which had the room at the back then masters, then we'd go up to Saturdays and then into Walkers / Planet Earth. When that closed Legends. Then as I started to hate the big market I went to the quayside. Can't stand either now. But then now I prefer a good pint and a laugh over dropping an acid and trying to score

To be honest the gay bars along from the Central are good too, much better than the Quayside, as long as you're not homophobic. Aye Rafferty's is funny, they're not all dregs, and the manageress has the biggest tits in any bar in Newcastle. Dog and Parrot is canny. The Dog is better now. Used to be class then went a bit shit. Seems to be getting back to what it was.

Nee chance. Like most papers they hedge their bets. They take a gamble on what might happen.

That sauce I made was waaaaay better than any jar like. Fair enough its maybe not as quick, but as far as taste goes, making your own it much better than a jar. Was still done in less than 30mins as well.

Just bought Fifa 2012. Its fucking class! When the misses picks up the controller, Andy Grey shouts "Get back in the fucking kitchen!".

Elton John is changing his new bairns nappy when he turns to his partner and says "He reminds me so much of you David". David replies "Is it because of his cute little nose and cheeky smile?". "No" Says Elton, "Its because he's got shit all over his cock".

But, as you approach the object (Earth in this case), and if you could clearly see the object you were approaching through a telescope, what would you see? If you were going faster than light for example so you are "catching up" from your previous image of the place, does your image move "faster" as you receive light quicker than initially?
