Thats fantastic! Do pass my regards on

I've no idea where it is but when I visit one of my customers in Armagh he picks me up at the airport (Belfast Int) and we go for breakfast. It is THE best breakfast I've had, bar none. Includes the Potato bread and so on. Could eat one now actually..

I've always stuck with the PS but am really undecided for my upgrade. I have two PS3s (one at the caravan) and will piss me off no end if I have to have a copy of a game at each one! Nee chance. The Wii gets played more now for the kids. I'd rather stick ps4 but needs to be something groundbreaking

Not fussed on juiced carrot like tbf, lentils I do like, dunno about in goose fat though. Mind thats canny with roasties.

Its funny the different lines we have to cross like. I get my hair at a barbers every time. No 4 on the winter and 3 in the summer (back n sides) with an inch on top. Nice n simple. I pay £6-8 and leave a couple of quid tip. I took the bairns to get theirs done and went to one in the metro that was a "hairdressers" as the barbers were too busy. Not only was is £14 fucking quid for mine and £10 for the kids but they didnt even give them a lolly for being good. Twats.

Just had a lush salad myself. Usual stuff (toms, beets, peppers etc) but I also throw in chilli and lemon and whack two tins of tuna over it.

So far Id also say the lack of travel thing. I've been around, but theres so many places I still want to see. Its on hold while the kids grow up and then I want to take them places as well. Thats about it really, dont regret much.

Squeal like a pig boy

Few off the top of my head that I use: - Hall Hill Farm (Durham) - Goats, pigs, cows, sheep, lama, few rodents, birds, donkey (bairns can ride), rabbits (bairns can hold), chicks (bairns can hold). Has a cafe and a play barn/soft play. - Beamish Wild - Climbing area, snack stop, birds of prey, owls that can be held by kids, once a day they fly the birds as a show. - Gibside - Canny to walk around the woods etc and has a decent (quite new) kids outdoor play area and cafe - Chopwell woods - Canny for exploring - Seahouses / Holy Island - Good day out all round, also just before you cross to holy island check out "The Barn at Beal" for good food. Small bird of prey place behind it. Also seahouses go on a puffin cruise to see various birds and seals. - Cragside (nr Rothbury) - another to walk around and explore, a few play areas and decent cafe

In 20s when I'd go to all nighters on a friday and they stay up and go out again Sat until 3-4am or whatever. Nee chance doing that now like, Id probably die.

fuck off. My lass makes my bait the night before, not one carrot in sight btw. As for the Colonic, nee chance. Not up my street at all (pun intended!). I log on when I get up to go to the gym. I browse on here and typically think "yeah, I reckon J69 is protesting too much here like". I seldom shave, as is our lasses want. Dont moisturise unless I have shaved. I do floss and mouthwash daily though if that gives me woman points and less scruffy fucker points

Oh aye, big hoo haa over him complaining about blade designs etc. As for today, wor lass got me a card and a bar of choc with a coffee for breakfast and is making me a curry for tonight. She had same off me plus flowers. Thats enough imo without going overboard, dont do gifts etc.
-
completely misunderstanding as well. Home made curry for me tonight thank you and had a bar of chocolate at 7am Sorry if that messes up your misrepresentation

Hang on, did you just say other people were coming across as pretentious tosspots? Is this a new record for lack of self awareness?

No more needs said tbf I also love how you (j68) seem to think that you can't have a life because you take an interest in what you eat and how you train. Though I suppose they do say ignorance is bliss.

Aye its been great for me. Could never be arsed counting cals, but it was so easy to eat 500 more than I realised or let me ratio slip and typically chuck more carbs down my neck. The scanner on this is a God send then I mostly use regular stuff so adding takes seconds.

your last three words are the most important

This was a quick snap but became a nice little image. "Watching people come and go, their heads in the clouds or at their feet. They block out the world around them. If only they would stop, open their eyes and look around." and this one as a typical shot of the bridge. I need to get down when its darker though, this isnt a great shot. While I think the angle etc is fine, theres not much going on hence I added vignetting. Typically would be improved with either sunlight, sunset, dusk or car light trails etc.

Well on a training days I eat a 250g bag of white rice with 350g or so of chicken breast. So it's not all low carb. At the min I'm on 2200 cals on training days and 1800 on none. All very roughly. Training days are just those i so weights btw, not cardio only. There is an article i read about training on empty ill dig out later.

It's alchemist fitness I work with. There's different methods of I.F. But yeah I'm 16hours fasting but bare in mind that includes sleep. Yes I class it as unsustainable but at the moment it's fine. Once I'm happy ill being breakfast back but it won't be 50g of carbs (cereal). More likely fruit and nuts. When you think I was eating a massive bowl of porridge at 6am every day that's like 350g of carbs a week I've dropped. Then similar at 9pm that I've cut out and will keep out. Then I've gone to black coffee and no milk as no cereal. These things alone have made a huge difference. Training on empty is no bother for me. I have a drink of BCAA and maybe a coffee and that's it. First rep 6.35am pretty much.

Calipers are meant to be the most accurate but the main point about using the scales isnt that it is the most accurate, but if you always use the same scales and always at the same time of day then you can at least track your results. I use scales at home and I know they are not the most accurate but enables me to keep a tab on it. Scales say Im around 18% and Calipers say Im nearer 15%.
