Wigan visit West Brom (1) Home v Swans (3) Arsenal Away (0) Villa home (3) so I think they will finish on 41 points. Villa have Away Norwich (1) Home v Chelsea (0) Wigan away (0) So one more point has them on 35 and down imo. Lets say Villa beat Norwich though thats them on 37, the same as us. GD is in our favour but its only a few goals now. This in mind, I think we need 1 point or 4 to be sure. At the moment I cant see where that comes from so we need to hope Villa (more likely to go down imo) dont pick up points. Edit : If Villa beat Wigan as well they could be on 40 points but Wigan could then be on 38, again one more than we have now and their current GD is the same meaning 1pt for us might not be enough. All too fucking close for my liking.

Lets see.. #1 - Id have moved the hair out of her face, I think that would have made it a stronger shot #2 - I love this, the way you captured the smoke and the reflection in the glasses, great composition #3 - I think she should have been looking into the shot and the graffiti blurs the edge of her and the wall #4 - Again, she should really have been looking right into the shot and I think Id have increased the exposure on her face #5 - but this is a great second shot of her, the face is lighter, much strong composition, cracking shot this actually. #6 - Again and all round well posed shot, good composition, vibrant, nice one

Love the top one. Seems a slightly shallow DoF drawing further attention to the facing subject. As someone (me) who loves b&w imagery, this one has in its own merit got such vibrancy. If it was a modelling shoot I'd have maybe liked softening of the front ones skin. Great shot like. The bottom one of course you have framed well. Im not sure if the shadow enhances the images or is distracting over her face. In a way Id have liked to see half of her face in the sun to reveal at least one striking eye.

I reckon we are arse clenchingly safe. The fact Wigan play Villa makes it ok imo. One of them will drop.

I take take defeat. We deserved it for not being up for it. No excuses, don't blame Europe or injuries. I think AP underestimated them and how much they would be up for it under PDC. Fair play. Last few times we played I had little confidence and we done well. Now I think we are in a good position dont know what to think. We certainly have the better side but they may have some momentum with their latest nutter at the helm. He is sure to be giving them a kick up the arse. Their cup final and DVD selling chance and so on. I reckon they will come out all guns at the start, a few yellow cards will settle it down and then I like to think we will slowly get on top by actually playing football. HBA comes on second half and we take it 2-0.

I had a 2 week break from weights and was back in today doing legs. fuck me this was tough: Each pair is a 5x5 superset: 270kg Legpress / 2 x 26kg DB Squat 70kg Leg Curl / 2x20kg Kettlebell squats 68kg Single leg leg press / 2x16kg kettlebell lunges 70kg Squat to rest (squat on to a bench so it takes your weight and push up again from rest) / 2x16kg DB split squat. 50min to Fucked.

Agree with the sentiment Stevie. I understand Pardews approach. I was pissed when I first saw the team sheet and on twitter I was saying if HBA, Marv + Perch were fit, then why the fuck not have them playing. I would liked to have seen us do what we done in the last 25 in the first 25. Get the big players on from the start. But, like I say I do get what AP was doing but cant help but feel the whole approach was with one eye on Sunday. I think we are safe in the league and while personally, I'd like us to have went to the Semi final whether it meant we were fucked on Sunday or not but the club I think see Sundays game as giving us safety in the prem with a lot of £££ at stake with the new TV money coming in. So, I get that, but it leaves me a bit flat. On the feeling proud thing, I have no issue with any player that played. We gave it all under APs approach and while I wouldnt say I was massively proud, I think we go to the next game with our heads high and certainly no disgrace. We didnt roll over and I do think we're now set up well for our next prem game. I do like Benfica though. They are a good side and I'd certainly hold them higher than Basel for example. Good set of fans and they played some canny stuff. But cant help but think that in both games when we stepped it up when had them on the back foot. Like said, its a good platform for us, good experience for the club. Good experience for Pardew and the owners and younger players. Now hopefully with more strengthening in the summer we can fight next season to push back up the table.

oh and Ill add, that STICK pic, I had the dog lead in one hand an was spinning on the spot while he ran around me. In my other hand I had my camera and was trying to pan with the dog!
