    Not saying I'm right, but based on what I've seen I always get the impression people loved seeing him pissed and i can imagine him buying drinks all night. Reckon he has had a very lonely life and most "friends" bought now don't want to know. Don't excuse the man for the shite he has done but clearly this is a bloke who has needed help for a long time. It's painful to see and must be agonising for anyone who sees him regularly. For his agent to put him on a stage in that state? Fuck me. Very sad

  5. Prob you as well, but training has become a bit of a hobby. Much like some play 5 a side. Only with my hobby its not just a the gym its when I eat as well. Its how I think of it anyway. Oh, and for the first time since fuck knows when I bought a size medium T Shirt yesterday and jeans with a 34 waist that still needed a belt

  9. Its really not that bad. sometimes if I am hungry by mid morning Ill eat something. If Im not bothered Ill wait. I get up at 5.40am, out the house at 6am and its a 25min drive to the gym. By the time Im at work its 8.30am and I have a cuppa (black coffee), Im fine with that really. I still have stuff now and again, if I'm at a sales meeting I still stuff my face with a bacon sarnie etc, its just occassional not daily.

  11. The market for supplements is huge and its mental that its unregulated. When you think many people preach about eating shite filled with who knows what (colouring, bulking agents, preservatives you get the idea) and then go and stuff some unknown chemicals in their gob because some random website or bloke in the gym says "this will get you where you want to be faster". Each to their own as ever. Think I've said before but I use BCAA on an empty stomach as I train at 6.30am and dont eat until 11am - noon. I have supplemented Creatine but don't at the moment. I have whey protein in the cupboard and its only really drank if in a particular day for some reason I've not been eating meat/fish. Fish oils I do take daily and I also take a multi vit. Sounds a lot when you write it out Nothing controversial though.
  12. Not what I mean. Until you have kids, you havent got a clue how you will treat them, including feed them. If you know "product X" is full of shit, why the fuck would you feed it to a child without a second thought? when most of us were kids smoking wasnt even frowned at man Surely people have seen numerous reports about fat kids eating shit drinking shit and sitting playing on the xbox with enough behaviour issues to keep a shrink in a job? Like I say, its about balance. Chocolate is fine in moderation if you are active but a shit load of kids are not, many I guess because their parents are not. I wonder how many here think drinking 6-8 pints 1-2 times a week and eating from greggs (ok, with a salad filling) is fine so long as they play 5 a side on a weekend?
  13. With kids I think bottom line is use fucking common sense. I'd never heard of hummus when I was a bairn but my 3yo loves it. Anyone with kids knows if your bairn likes something you're on to a winner. We don't force anything on them as agree that just backfires. They eat plenty of treats, especially at their grans so we have to be responsible, endure they also eat good food and are active. I ate loads of junk as a bairn but was active as well as being a spectrum geek
  14. Our kids get treats but it's now and again. We don't buy biscuits etc. my 3yo loves carrot sticks and hummus and both love peanut butter toast. Plenty of yoghurts and lots of fruit. My 5yo does swimming lessons, football practice. Multi skills and will start a 12 week gymnastics things again soon. They can have surgery fruit and yoghurts etc and enjoy them it's fine. Mine play on a 3DS and I don't mind as its mixed in with being active, stuff they ask to do. Seeing overweight kids is bordering neglect imo.
  15. Start (call it Jan 2012) I was 98kg @ 25.5% BF = 24.5kg Fat 73.5kg Lean Im now (Jan 2013) 85kg @ 15.5% BF = 13kg Fat 72kg Lean Of course the number are very rough and it suggests Ive lost 1.5kg of muscle but think I can live with that given the 12kg fat Ive lost. I think.
