Looks like Im doing this next year now. I already run a couple of times a week, but only do 4 mile and thats takes me 40mins Was talking about it with our lass and she's up for it. Thought it would just be talking until I seen she's spoken to a charity about sponsorship...

I dont blame him for walking out really as I totally agree, however bringing him back again is a bad move. We have to get this monkey off our backs of "if he isnt connected with the club he isnt good enough" We are a unique club no doubt about that and it does take a special manger IMO to take control of us. However, how many ex players or pepople connected with the club have the credentials or willingness to manage us? We need a manager who is strong personal wise, someone with man management to control people like Barton, Shola etc. Boothroyd IMO I listened to TalkShite this morning and a Geordie, sorry "Geordie" (dunno, could of been a WUM) saying we need someone connected to the club and nobody else. Its a joke if thats what everyone thinks like. Which I know on here its not really, we have fans of Otter, Deschamps etc. We need to take our time I think and get a manager thats LONG term, i.e min of 3 years. To get foundations settled at the club and build on it. How many mangers have people like Shay, Harper etc now played under? Its a joke. Monkey? Feels like a frigging Gorilla...

I dont think KK is a good long term solution. Then again, I didn't think he was the best choice from the start. I think it was a shrewd move my MA thats backfired. But, KK leaving wasnt the problem either, its fuck all to do with KK leaving. That just highlighted what most suspected anyway. Anyone who buys the club and puts him back in I think is a bit short sighted, however it would likely be a short term solution to keep us going while a longer term solution was sought. Yup, I'd end your association with Ashley, Wise and Co ASAP. And thats the point, why the hell should the fans feel they have to go when the directors dont even arse themselves to turn up? What the fuck? we all know they have no fucking love for the club. We still do though, or we are supposed to have. Shall I ring Ashley and make sure he is going before I turn up next time? Last night proved what some of us have suspected for a while, our support isnt all that. If the results and performances had been going the same way but we had some "big name" just signed up you could guarantee the place would have at least been three quarters full. Also, I didnt suddenly choose to stop. Ive missed one game, Spurs. I'll be there this weekend, I'll be there in the FA Cup (assuming at home). I'll tell you why I didn't go. I have two season tickets and I bought into MA's "vision" and paid £3K (almost) up front for three years. This then almightly fuckup happens. Usually each game I go to the ground and have a couple of pints. The other week (Hull) I said no way is MA getting another penny from me as I already feel ripped off, cheated and like he had that fucking stupid grin on his face with my money in his back pocket. Do you think the buyers will also realise they are to miss out on 3 years revenue from alot of fans due to this? So last game I went to the trent for a drink instead, didnt spend a penny in the ground. I had the same feeling before spurs. I was gutted as I didnt want to not support the team, but at the same time I'm fucking sick of every time the club fucks up the fans do fuck all and go to the game anyway. Why? because we want to support the team. Whether its the Freddy shepherd issues time and time again or now this twat. We still turn up. Im glad the the NUSC is getting together now so that some supporters with at least a sense of reality can give the supporters one voice and direction rather than a rabble and more importantly so sky dont focus on the neanderthals that gather at the ground. You show me a club that has been gragged through shite as much as we, and show me their supporters who ignore that and do nothing. Honestly, nothing could be further from my mind than Mackems at the moment. They are irrelevant.

Its put me on a right downer today. I'm not going by choice and Im pissed off that the club has put me in this position. Have to say Ive been impressed with him of late. Despite all the shite thats gone on and the shite he has taken in the past (a lot from our fans), he seems to be digging in and each game busting a gut. Also read that its him that is trying to keep the players together and so on. Makes it more of a fuck up that he'll prob walk for nothing or the club will snap someones hand off when they put an offer in for him in the winter.

The more I hear about this Lambada bloke the less I like him...
