It's also got the support of the Joy Division memebers, so it should be pretty true to how it happened. Which to be honest means there'll be some pretty grim stuff in it, but it wasn't a sugar sweet story.

Read that Mould had to resort to rubbing speed under his eyelids during the making of one album as he'd been tanning it that much it was the only way he could get a buzz, and keep up work on the record. It was yeah. Agree with you there, I liked both their stuff, but definitely it's Bob Mould's name that springs up first when the band gets mentioned. I always thought Hart was a fantastic drummer too, really put everything into it, with terrific results.

I think they knocked it out too quickly. I think there was less than a year between the first and second albums. I'm all for getting the music out there, but maybe if they'd taken a little bit more timeover it, it would have been better.
