  1. Glass houses and all that... Rather than wanking yourselves to death that your the new big fish in a small pond and that "Leeds arn't our equals" ala stevie, I'd be more concerned that you wont get a full house at the stadium because of the coverage. Don't worry, we aren't Tottenham.
  2. from .com: Net worth of US$7.4 billion according to Forbes, and the third wealthiest man in Southeast Asia. Please
  3. To finish 2nd after having a 12-point lead at the top was a disappointment back then, while staying in the League was all we could hope for this year. Depressing stuff, yeah. Just shows us how far away these times are, and they won't come back in the near future.
  4. If anyone wants the link for a high-quality download, just PM me.
  5. Spot on. Yes, Wise is a poisoned dwarf with a Napoleon syndrom, but it's Ashley who's appointed him.
  6. The cunt always joins another club with more money to spend at the first possible moment. Glad he won't be our manager.
  7. I agree tbh I know he's only had 8 games and all but i've seen no sign at all that he's going to be a good manager. Most of the time he just sits on his arse and lets Dowie do the work. If we had even a remote chance of getting Martinez in, I'd be far more open to that than Shearer staying on. Shearer is no miracle worker eh. This squad is fucking terrible, I even doubt that Hitzfeld or Fergie could have saved this club in the last 8 games of the season. D-Day tomorrow, who knows. EDIT: The previous posters have just said what I tried to say as well...
  8. Fuck right off. He's absolutely wank. We'd take Kevin Doyle though.
  9. We haven't got enough Beyes at the club, sadly too many Owens.
  10. Fergie won't send out any players on loan to St. James' anymore since we've had Rossi...
  11. Still pleased that Burnley go up - they try to play some football at least, while Sheffield are another fucking long-ball team. Having said that, we certainly will struggle against the Blades next season.........
  12. Shearer is the only person to drive this club forward if we want to have some stability. Steve Coppell, Ian Dowie or somebody else with some experience at this level might do a canny job, but as soon as results don't go our way, the board will panic and we can start again, while Sheaer will have the full support of the fans. I don't blame Collymore for this pathetic article though - he just can't understand that, he's too daft.
  13. Give the cunt a kick in the cunt. She even gets paid for that.
  14. We've seen worse, remember the 5-year plan. EDIT: 2009 is the year we drive the club forward, remember this as well!
  15. Exactly. He will tell Ashley and Llambias what he thinks of them and what they need to do to convince him to stay at this football club. Great to see him not looking for excuses - ''we're not good enough''. How true. If he stays on and gets the money and freedom he wants we'll do OK.
  16. There was something this morning about him (can't remember if it was an interview) saying he'll be staying if we go down.
  17. I don't expect us to do a Leeds, we're not that much in financial trouble. But we HAVE to bounce back next season, which is difficult enough. I just hope every single player on overpaid contracts will leave and not just sit on them and stay on. Smith, Owen, Geremi, Duff, Viduka, Butt, CoLOLccini etc. -> FUCK OFF. If we can keep the likes of Stevie Taylor, Andy Carroll etc. and Shearer stays on, we have a chance.
  18. Good luck to Torino mate. And keep fingers crossed for us as well!
  19. Tbf Torino are struggling in Serie A as well and could well go down. But it would surprise me as well, never even heard of the guy. @ItalianMag: You're having bad times in terms of the clubs you support - both on the verge of relegation...
  20. I'll suffer more if i didn't watch, wouldn't be able to put it from my mind for a second but wouldn't be able to see exactly what was happening. So i'll be stuck watching it feeling sick the whole time, and my stomach lurching everytime the commentators say they have an update from Sunderland or Hull, no doubt stringing it out, saying before they reveal which way a goal has gone! I won't put my life on the line mate. I couldn't do that. Walking the dog, that's what I'm going to do... My dog walk is half an hour, each walk, I don't fancy doing it 4 times in a row, I may use some time to create a noose. That's my dog, he needs 2 hours at least, don't worry! That's not me on the right btw...
