Most accents are performative anyway to a degree, especially after a drink. Also their idea that Sunderland is Durham, rather than the cultural & historic reality is pretty funny. “Small town in Durham” is about right.

It definitely needs to be pedestrianised, that said most of the roads around the city centre are an absolute shambles. 1970s infrastructure doesn’t work for a modern city. The club might be better off working out a park & ride scheme or something.

Scottish death metal sounds fun. Like the Swedish death metal but probably about killing the English. Turns out we’ve a good few gigs lined up now so I’m gonna have to get a pro rig sorted out.
