My point is its not huge, its on a par with a lot of other teams in the league who are a lot of points behind them. The majority of Villas star permormers this season are either cheap buys from Oneill or players that have come through the ranks and he has got them playing well. So when we were spending 17mil on Owen, 10mil on Boumsong, 9mil on Luque, 10mil on Colocinni and still finished bottom half of the table we are proof that money gets you nowhere without good management

Can you post the same table for Spurs, Man City, Portsmouth, Newcastle, Chelsea, West Ham, Sunderland and every other team behind them in the league? I was talking today about how many 15mil+ players they have. Bent, Defoe, Keane, Modric, Woodgate, Palacious, Pavluychenko. The team they put out probably costs as much as anyone elses in the league
