Behave man Anyone with half a brain has been saying a 5 day lockdown break is fucking lunacy for weeks. The cunts accused Starmer of trying to ruin Xmas for saying as much. They knew about it on Thursday when they rearranged all of the tiers. Low and behold, 5 days to go, the whole country has their travel plans booked, preparations sorted, loads of offices shut down on Friday and now they get told the whole Xmas bubble is probably a bad idea now. Reactive rather than proactive like everything else they do day in, day out while they destroy the fucking country

"The rumour is..." one local hospital is just shy of 50% of all inpatients being COVID positive. Anyone who isn't knocking on deaths door is being kicked out of hospital to manage the numbers coming in and poorly people are getting discharged when they shouldn't be. Staff are getting regularly referred to psychiatry, emotionally wrecked because they're having to wrap 6 dead bodies a day for the morgue when they usually work in outpatients or on kids wards. Hospital is a fucking horrible place to be at the minute and it's only going to get worse after the 5 day Xmas "break"

I've got some money saved to buy a new exhaust for my bike. £1000 ish I don't want to buy it now in case I get fucked over with a bill for 20% VAT when it arrives after January 1st and customs decide the vat paid on it in Italy no longer counts But if I leave it until the new year the £ will potentially drop 20% against the € anyway meaning I still get fucked over. You can x this issue by a thousand fold for any businesses that are currently trading into and out of the EU. Everyone is being told to prepare for Brexit but it's fucking impossible unless they know what they are preparing for. It's going to be an absolute clusterfuck

I didn't tell anybody they couldn't comment on it. I said we weren't best placed to tell somebody who believes he has been the subject of racism that he hasn't. Anymore than as an Uber straight sex god, could I comment to a member of the LGBTQ community what does and doesn't constitute homophobic or transphobic abuse. I personally think, unless you've lived as a person of colour and experienced the daily implicit and explicit effects of racism, it makes it more difficult to dispute the views of someone that has.
