Yeah I’ve just had a look. There’s a huge sewage outlet on the harbour side just where those crosses are. On Wednesday and Thursday we had 48 hours of constant heavy rain so it’s no surprise really. The harbour there is one of Britain's premier surf/kite sailing/paddle board spots 😬
