  1. Bit of torture never did me any hard. When I were a lad.......... Seriously and I know its unpopular with the chattering classes, but I have no problem with a bit of torture if they think it may help. Its gone on since the beginning of time and always will. There will probably never be any definitive guide to torture success's on the internet for Happy to get facts etc but I have no doubt that torture probably does work, hence why it has and always will be used.
  2. Over the moon with this news. Move over Jonas
  3. I probably should be 2 stone lighter and at just shy of 14 stone am at the fat end of the scale for me. You know when your at this point when the man boobs set in. You catch a glimpse of yourself in a tightish t.shirt in a mirror and quickly switch into letch mode before realising those protrusions are your own. And let's be honest, who hasn't had a quick feel of their own man boobs. :-)
  4. 5'8". 13 Stone 12.........Yer short fat tubby bastard
  5. Snakehips: last seen 28th March Andrew: last seen 29th September MattM4: last seen 26th September Toonraider: last seen 18th June TheInspiration: last seen 3rd May Ally: last seen 24th April I reckon Andrew or MattM4 could be shackbleep. Who else has popped up recently but knows their Toontastic history? Even people like Jill or A nice hat...... I dont remember these people been called that 2 years ago?
  6. Must say I fucking hate all these name changes. You dont know who any fucker is or whether they've cleared off. Should be made to include their old name for a period of time. IE that lad Andrew, did he just change his name or has he gone. Same with snakehips etc. A thread of truth needs setting up.
  7. Do you think thats still there though. I think attack wise Enrique seems capable of much more but constantly ends up in those little passes with Jonas in the corner flag. Think he needs to be doing more runs on goal himself and whipping in the crosses that he can deliver perfectly. Think sometimes he tends to hoy the brakes on a pass to Jonas instead. Yeah I definitely think it's still there mate. I wouldn't read too much into yesterday. They've been playing well together for over a season now imo. I appreciate he's frustrating at times. Look at the way they combined against the mackems though. They took the piss out of them at times with their little one-twos etc. Another thing I like about him is he still offers something even when he's having a poor game going forward. Fair enough Begrudginly
  8. I get where you are coming from but its rose tinted spectacle stuff for me. Jonas's runs virtually all resulted in conceding posession. Taking the pressure off should be popping crosses on Carrols head. he's a good out ball thoug isn't he when we're backs against the wall - give him the ball and he'll run half the length of the pitch then win a free kick. Or fall over and concede possesion. Maybe Im being too hard on him just yet never was his biggest fan I think you've got your head slightly up your hole here. It's asking quite a bit for Jonas to run half the pitch at the Emirates and stick the ball on Carrolls head. Did you see Enrique whipping in that cross first half to an empty 18yard box? They both link up well, and it was our 'Plan A' for most of last season. We'll just have to disagree then because the whole point is surely to have a succesful pass at the end of short sprint????????? Time after time he just fell over, conceded posession and the pressure was straight back on us. Just compare him for a moment with Barton and Simpsons play on the right. Total chalk and cheese.

  12. He really does deserve an England call up.
  13. Everyone who seems to deserve some sort of retribution is getting this season so I have no hesitation in thinking the great form will continue and we will beat this lot 4 or 5 nil. Oh to hear the abuse he will get, the look on his face as number 4 goes in and his usual shite interview where he blames everything under the sun but himself. My only concern is that Tiote doesnt feel the after effects of that knock he took.
  14. Post of the season....Had a little stirring while reading that
  15. Jonas was our weak link yesterday. Seemed to crumble to the ground far too easily continually handing posession back to them. Also wish Enrique would shoot more
  16. Good advice Alex. I like the idea of a soup and definitely a cheesecake. Also want to spend as little as possible time in the Kitchen so will not get carried away with the main. Is wine definitely a good idea? Was leaning more towards Special Brew and passing it off as a posh belgian bier Probably go with Faustino for the wine as thats a make that I definitely like (the guest would probably be fine with Lambrini).
  17. "She sent topless snaps to shamed Nolan......" Guess we'll have to wait til tomorrow for the rest
  18. Just occurred to me today, half through the match, that Im no longer watching our games EXPECTING Joey to make a stupid tackle and get booked / sent off. Not so long a go you would watch him tackle from behind the sofa but now he really seems to have got to grips with his game. Love to see him and Carrol get the nod for England
  19. Match of the Day Hansen "Defensively, Newcastle were brilliant.........for 90 minutes unbelievably good..........Look at the way they play out of defense, pop pop pop, pretty tasty........" Presenter "Whens the last time you made a defensive package on excellent Newcastle"? Hansen "About 35 years ago"! Presenter "Newcastle fans watching must be grinning". Yes we are!
  20. I don't know where this originates from but... Forgot to put the link in....None other than UK Nws Reporter??? http://uknewsreporter.co.uk/newcastle-unit...arsenal/678709/
  21. But thats not what most were saying on here though. "it was nolan and the other running the show" "ofcourse we should have got promoted with that squad" " its one thing getting promoted but competing with sir alex and arsene"? etc etc If thats what the fans are thinking its not strange to think that Ashley will want to see him do it in the prem first. Even in October Hughton was getting slated on here. Lets not let the media whip us all up into a frenzy for no reason. Both parties seem happy to wait.
