  1. They should have all of your available information easily available to them, so just give them a call!
  2. Set up the Xbox stuff manually. Set the ip to 192.168.1.5, the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and the gateway to 192.168.1.1. There should be a place to put in another number under 'gateway', just put 192.168.1.1 again. That's if opening the ports doesn't solve it.
  3. Do you log into your router from your browser btw? Is there a number you type into your address bar to do so?
  4. That is probably where the problem lies. Let me go and start up my Xbox and see what it asks for. Are you able to log into your router and check which IP your Xbox is using?
  5. My heads blagged from a generally busy day and tiredness setting it, but I will try! So is that a yes to entering it manually?
  6. On the Xbox, did you let it automatically put in the right settings or did you manually enter everything?
  7. I had a friend that had exactly the same problem. As soon as I opened the rights ports it worked perfectly over wireless. If the XBOX is saying it's connected then the router is, somehow, disallowing it a connection. Like right now I could log into my router and cancel all connections to and from my Laptop. The Laptop would still say I'm connected to the router, but the internet wouldn't work. It sounds like you're pretty clued up about all this stuff anyway, so sorry if I sound condescending. What router are you using?
  8. Do you have the right ports open? Urmm....if not then it is probably something to do with your router rather than the Xbox. That's certainly been the case whenever I've had problems.
  9. Two Jonas assists, and decent assists at that!
  10. Was gutted that BBurn were playing away today. Been at Ewood park this evening in the executive suite, with a great view over the pitch. Would have been great to be able to watch some football in the breaks between courses!
  11. Does timing it to meet a Jonas cross mean running to where it should be put or to where it will probably end up?

    Phone Line Problems

The BT guy came yesterday and replaced an old line that runs on the outside of the house. The phones have started working again, but now everytime they ring and are picked up, the internet cuts off. I've tried to replace the filter, but it hasn't made any difference. Any ideas?

    Adverts

Is it Intel that do the one with the inventor of the USB? That's a brilliant advert!
  14. I'VE ADDED DANNY SIMPSON ON FACEBOOK. HE LOOKS HAPPY IN HIS PROFILE PICTURES!
  15. Jan Moir must be on Holiday... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-...eserve-die.html
  16. One of my only complaints is that money is too easy to come by and that there isn't enough to do with it.
  17. Think I am going to keep hold of it anyway because of the DLC. Even though it is easy, it is amazingly fun.
  18. I think I must be close to completing it now....Would it, technically, be possible to return it (in under 28 days) to the shop and get it changed for something else? lol
  19. Just got the last seal and on my way to unlocking the best armor in the game! Should also be able to buy Altairs sword, hopefully...
  20. Enjoying this loads! Much better than AC1. Just got to Venice and waiting to be able to see the last two sarcophagus' to finally unlock Altair's armour

    FIFA 10

Got promoted and won the FA Cup in my first season (Playing on World Class difficulty). Just at the start of my first season in the Premiership, and my lineup is as follows: Harper Raylor - Saylor - Collocini - Belhadj Gutierrez - Diego Souza - Joe Ledly Lovenkrands - Fred - Virtual Pro Hopefully bringing in a new 'keeper, and then I just need to look out for some other players down the right. Other players I've bought are Jack Wilshere, Jozy Altidore anndd....think that's it.

    It's Snowing!

Had a lot of it fall last night and into this morning. Started my journey into work, but a 5 minute drive to the next village took me 20 minutes so I rang in and said I wouldn't be able to make it. Turns out the Police were turning people back just down the road anyway. Drove nice and slowly home, but did slide and end up sideways in the road which would have been much worse had I been going any faster. The dog seems to like it, mind!
  24. Brilliant cross, and a brilliant goal! 2-0, beautiful!
