  1. i think he'd be mad not to. with the players he has around him here he'd struggle to score. *(currently that is) at manchester utd he would score 20+ goals a season if fully fit... its down to loyalty though...
  2. yeah, hardly rocket science really. still have massive doubts about his loyalty though.
  3. good player tbh. worth every penny of the free transfer.
  4. now that glenn read this (presuming he can read) i fully expect us to go down 2-1 there after another tactical abortion!
  5. pete doherty = waste of space. so jonny do you look like him then...
  6. karl barat is a way better musical talent than doherty. wish he'd just put himself out of his drug addled misery. libertines were so very overrated imho.
  7. with fat freds knee jerk reactions and glenns hypocrisy i'm startled as to why we don't get a pr person involved. god knows we need those 2 brought up to speed on public relations.
  8. Sorry but that is absolute bollocks. sorry but i was waffling a bit there..... some of the players we have shouldn't be in the premier league. fact, and glenns favourite players are not necessarily the ones i'd want to see playing in the black and white of my team. we need proper players not square pegs in round holes like carr, ramage, luque, and babyaro.
  9. we really are clutching at straws now aren't we...
  10. is arthur cox available. i hear he's a good coach. realistically until the chairman actually gets proper players of the standard we require in it does not matter who manages to a greater or lesser extent. we do however need to get rid of the overpaid dross, and replace with good proven players that can do a job in their positions. and that want to play for the team. eriksson would turn our team into a more defensively orientated version of what we have. unless given the cash to get decent players in, which given our current predicament financially, would not make sense for him.
  11. I concede that you keep this place afloat, but it's not through posting anything interesting, it's through the sheer number of posts you make you work-shy bastard. quoted for truth.
  12. he's no muppet but his decision making and passing are shite... good in the air and fairly quick, and can tackle. needs guidance and a good coach to learn from...
  13. which begs the question, what would boro be like without him. and why did we not re sign him. i can testify what jonny says because i've had a similar thigh injury to woodgate and your initial accelleration is lessened greatly by this kind of thing.
  14. another vote for miami vice. biggest load of gash ever tbqfh
  15. exactly right luke. not in the same class as john terry for my money. overpaid thick as theives ponce tbh.
  16. probably best to get them through a couple of reserve team games. but no league football. not worth the risk...
  17. if any of these people are supposed to be future captains of industry or whatever the current corporate buzzword is then we're all fucked. that blondes not bad looking. i'd have a crack at leaving her face looking like a plasterers radio.
  18. without a massive restructuring of pretty much everything, NO. i can see us improving next season if we get a proper manager (and coaching staff/ scouting staff) and owen and our other key players stay fit, but from where we finish this season ( personally i doubt we'd get into the top 8) if we have a fully fit squad and the right changes in defensive as well as offensive personell, then that is a no brainer.
  19. the day i got cellulitis in my left leg, was a day away from losing the botton part of the leg(below the knee) functionally. i'm90% recovered and it doesn't feel the same tbh.
  20. nz for me, got friends who live out there and they have a brilliant life.
  21. not really worried about location, but most of the extended family are from round that way...
  22. considering whats available i'm surprised we aren't playing edgar more often. as for domi he was possibly the most comfortable on the ball left back i've seen here for some time, sadly his defending was not really all that.
