I have to admit I assumed he'd bottled it again, but that jump to take him back into the lead was lovely stuff. Hope he can hang on, but the Portuguese lad looks very useful. I had him down as all edge and no bottle myself. He might have to better that jump to ensure gold though. same again.... not quite good enough. Olsson would have battered that lot if fit. he's a genuine 18metre + man....
-
good player and all that but he's on 4m a year at juve.... not really what the bean counters would want.
-
no disrespect but i don't rate him. not quite good enough.

bolt was amazing. great technique and speed endurance.

kick her in the cunt. job done.

Looks like we have the makings of a team once again

i'm satisfied that keegan has highlighted our problem areas and wants to strengthen them. he knows we need cover at LB, cb and defensive midfield as butts coming to the end of his footballing career. I just wish we could push smith and shola out of the door ad replace them with 2 decent forwards or 1 forward and one midfielder. I also think that the squad is very sharp in terms of fitness. no subs yesterday was a clear indication that keegans drills for sharpening fitness up have worked. now for more creativity! -
in my opinion, a very good debut for both hm and collocini. jonas looks fearless going forward and seems two footed. loved the bit where he murdered brown for pace after faking a cut inside.
-
for me with the squad as it stands he's first choice at left back. Injuries permitting of course. the zog looked very vulnerable defensively and did not use the ball at all well. enrique is better at that than him but doesn't have his speed.
-
agreed he couldn't react properly though because the goal was zogs fault for slack marking....
-
Agreed Wiggy. the other good thing is the side looked relatively balanced. 11 men behind the ball worked and we countered them reasonably when we broke their team down.

first impressions... butt was good at destroying the game but couldn't pass unless it was to a red. coloccini was excellent. read the game well and held the defence together. guthrie used the ball well and mopped up the errors butt made. oba scored but did not much else. Jonas was our player of the game. worked very hard and commited players. duff played a good tactical game.As did Milner. bot the full backs wer ok and taylor did quite well. Given was outstanding. all in all 8/10. good result.

We do need to get some numbers in to cover for central midfield. after last season, i reckon we'll concede far less, but its dependant on our squad being at 100% which i really don't see happening.

first 2 albums were fine. rest of it is self indulgent cack.

i can't beleive i got through a whole show last night. some of the people on there were awful. tweedy is definitely as thick as mince.
-
they are £800+ new mate.... very good sounds and full midi control.... and the onboard fx section is nice as well....
-
eightytwelve. eh?

Good post stevie. most of our right backs have been good footballers but average defenders. Beye would seem to be slightly different. he does both quite well.... as for taylor, Ih ave never rated him and i have to be honest and say of the 4 starting defenders he is the one to make the most mistakes. hopefully with age and experience that will diminish, but i have my doubts.

ok maybe i was a bit hasty.

too right. fantastic stuff.

Just goes to show a nation of inbred thickos are very wrong. Kid rock is officialy shit.

she's a bit deluded. just short of absolute world class. Very very shaggable however. as for bolt, the lad is about, to injuries permitting, break records for a few years yet. absolute class and yet if you watch his technique isn't quite nailed down. first man to 9.50 easily....
-
crock of shit statement that j69. the lads played for bayern munich for a few years and was good enough to win several titles and cups. he's a good player that up until last season struggled with injury (that explains his attendance and scoring record). in this market where robbie keane is "worth 20 mil" then i can see him going for around £12 -13 million.

it is already.
