Parsons=Torquay United fan...his only saving grace imo. Cant stand him! Someone mentioned Dylan, I'm a huge fan. I wish he'd put in an appearance on one of those shows. I like Alan Davies too and although I enjoy Qi I think he could do so much more, or has he toured recently?

Turn it off PP, they're brainwashing you into enjoying the show

The people on that show are the scum of the earth!

Not completely battered, they are normal chunky chips with little crunchy bits of batter here and there. I think they must pour alittle of the batter into the oil or something, anyhow they are delicious and crispy but as I say I can only eat a few. Sort of chips with the scribbles added on.

And batter scraps from the local chippy, and no greenery at all. Oiii Nah, I really dont like pork pies myself. I love a crispy salad, loads of greenery and piles of beetroot too (Though our local chippy does gorgeous 'battered' chips, but trouble is they make me feel sick after)!

give up drinking I've lost a stone in the last few months, all I've done is stop having sausage rolls from the baker for early lunch/late breakfast, and something to eat when I come in from the pub. I'm 13 stone, 5 foot 9. Not bad for my age I suppose. No intention of giving up going to the pub fairly often [more than average I would say which according to Australian soaps makes me an alki for drinking more than 1 pint when I go out] I don't bother eating fresh fruit, my exercise is walking 20 minutes to the pub, and back. But I'm healthy enough, and don't look my age, although if I played squash [which I did when I was younger] I'd probably have a heart attack !!!! Tommo........everyone is saying the trick is to find a good lifestyle and eating habits that you can stick to, not a crash diet, and this is right. You're only 16, do you go out drinking yet ? Not for the first time I've noticed you've got a few bob on yourself you mean bragging to Bev that I'm a young and spritely 54 year old ? I bet you are a picture of health sweetie this general chat beats the shit out of the football section these days I hardly ever look on there, its too depressing!! I prefer the gossip, the bragging and the sex talk over here

Depends what type of salad, mine are quite filling as I use new potatoes, cold meats and a pork and pickle pie

I eat quite healthily really, wholemeal breads, wholegrain cereals. lean meat and I mostly have my 5 fruit and veg a day, but my problem is not enough exercise and too many biccys/choccy in between meals The weight soon goes on! Now I go for long walks 3/4 times a week and do half an hour aerobic exercise a day and it really does make a difference. My back which I have problems with is better for it too. Fad diets just dont work, the weight soon goes back on. The only way is to eat a good variety of foods, eat healthily and get off your backside!

So does that apply the other way round? (if the woman is the eldest) Only if you're loaded, obviously. Same as with men then. True, but men are more often loaded, and in general seem to like their partners younger I think - often way too young. The worst place I've seen for it is the Cote d'Azure, so many old men walking around with staggeringly pretty girls who could be their daughters, but aren't. Don't see it so much the other way round for whatever reason. Anyway, 26, interesting. Because generally woman are more mercenery...so can shut their eyes and think of England (and the jewellery) whilst some wrinkly old man drools all over them.....yuk!!! I dont think its so easy for a young man to do it, they would probably be thinking of their granmas! -
I have just bought my second piece of metal wall art, trees/autumn scene, I love it! Cant seem to get piccy on here though, nevermind I'm made up!

Mr Fish, I thought of this thread whilst in Sainsburys last night! I had previously never noticed they sell heaps of 'cash cards' for all sorts of things. I expect Asda would do the same. They had a Music download card works for any Mp3. Various prices, but they had a tenner one which gives you 20 tracks. Your sis could have at least got you that!! -

How long have you had your mobile phone number?
Toonraider replied to Lazarus's topic in General Chat
Always had the same number, about 9 years I suppose. And I've always been with Orange too.
