  1. It's pathetic that we keep losing games like that, it was to be expected though. The fact that fucking Spurs beat Bolton makes it even worse.

    Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Katzenfrau.
  3. I'll go for the same. 2-0 or 3-1 to them, a complete no-show from us.
  4. West Ham are down. It's hard to believe they're capable of playing so badly with the players they've got.
  5. The truth is, once again Bellamy has had the last laugh. I'm not obsessed about him, but I can't have been the only one who was sat in front of the TV last night thinking he could still be playing for us. I guess you could say he may not be worth the hassle, but he's a very, very good player. And as long as we're a mid-table team with clowns like Sibierski playing up front for us, it's only fair to say that we've gone backwards (which is, of course, not want Leazes wants to hear).
  6. It was easier last year and the year before.
  7. In that case: "top bombing"!
  8. And Souness for Chelsea [/Oliver]
  9. I knew you'd mention that Nintendo nerd before I even opened the thread. I hate to disappoint you, but that one just isn't even remotely funny at all.
  10. Agree completely, looks like Shepherd has got it right for once.
  11. tbh Got the goalscoring celebration right. Could use it to cast a mould if it's just in some Baghdad scrap yard somewhere.
  12. I stopped reading when I saw the words "British trains" and "new" mentioned in the same sentence.
  13. you're a fucking cartoon sunshine... but you can't dispute the FACT ? Why not ? It not my fault the facts don't suit your "opinion" mate The only FACT is that you seem to be so arrogant it's untrue.
  14. The first sentence though... Does Shepherd write these things?
  15. Gooch played very well I thought. We still badly lack pace at the back. Taylor was shocking in the first half and shaky in the second but he got better. Thought Bramble was similar. Titus was handy in that he matched Bellamy for pace on a couple of important occasions and used his strength when the weasel was threatening to get away. If we do play Gooch we need some pace in the full back positions and/or alongside him. Gooch isnt slow but I would like to see some real pace back there. Taylor doesnt have that at all. Bramble is easily the quickest of the three but is shaky, as we know. Thought Nobby had a very good game. Most intelligent footballer on the pitch by a long way. Dyer played well too. Gooch had a good second half, but Liverpool absolutely battered us towards the end of the first half and if one of their chances had gone in, it would have been a different story. We rode our luck and our defence was shaky at best. Gooch has all the physical attributes though and as I said, it was only his second game in England, so he's done himself no harm. Some of the praise has been a little OTT though.
  16. I thought Onyewu looked shaky against Liverpool. That's to be expected, it was only his second game in English football - but to call him a calming influence would be much too early.
  17. To be honest, Bellamy had a very good game.
  18. That's tough, RIP to his brother.
