The Terminator Terminator 2 Really great. Surprisingly pretty different in style. The effects in the first looked weird especially when they switch from real Arnie to fake Arnie, but when you know it's an old film it's like you suspend your disbelief for that too and naturally give it a break. Loved the whole story time line looping the loop with both films also... the future people being the cause for that very same future and all that.

Yeap that's basically what some of friends have often said to me too! Really looking forward to seeing them actually! Actually I've also been told not to bother with T1 because apparently it's really dated now and the crappy effects would ruin the film as opposed to T2 that still holds up today. Nah, got to see 1 surely! Don't think I'll be bothering with 3 and 4 though.

soccerking2008 I seem to have played several times since the game has come out. He basically always plays as either France or Brazil. Ping pong one touch passes the ball up to his striker then sprints to goal. Absolutely always the same. And from kick off he just sprints towards goal too. Even if it never ever works, he'll do it every single time. Obviously first times he beat me, then I got better and started to just about beat him. Now I totally annihilate him. His style hasn't changed one bit, it's quite fascinating in a very retarded way. Plus over celebrates and watches all replays. So this guy basically pisses me off because he is so shit Zico972 is a proper arrogant cunt. ALWAYS plays with ManU, but a custom ManU too. Kaka, Zlatan, Gerrard, Essien, CR up front... you name it. He's a decent player as well so he knows how to do some damage with that team. Also has the need to cheat and try for the shot from kick off glitch. Will over celebrate (often robot), watch all his replays, send you messages having a go and basically seems totally unaware of how ridiculous being so proud of winning with such a team is. Luckily I can beat him but have to pick a top team. Also one of the times I beat his sooped up ManU team 5-1 he wanted a rematch, so I said ok but only with equal 2 stars max teams. He really didn't like that idea asking me to pick "a real team" and eventually left. Basically when I randomly get to play these two I find I don't only want to win, but also want take the piss as much as possible in a vary vicious way... it's quite scary

Still haven't seen either T1 or T2! But downloaded them again and might go for a double bill some time real soon!

I think the time penalty is the best possible idea really. Only problem would be if people deliberately "lose" connection, even then it should probably still apply, I think it would be a small price to pay the times you really do lose connection. The ability to quit has to remain I think, merely because sometimes the lag is too horrendous. Plus there are times I'd rather the other person quit rather than clearly start moping and passing it around the back from the 70th minute onwards. Some online players really fascinate me... if you ever play against either soccerking2008 or zico972 I would love to hear about your experiences!

Heat - Police and robbers, action/drama type movie with Al Pacino and De Niro. Very sombre and long but very enjoyable.

Brilliant graphics, amazing even... presentation looks brilliant too and I love a good create your own player mode. BUT the punching really feels weird just as I had feared watching some videos. Never feels like you're really making that much contact when the big hits connect and it's as if you're prodding away at your opponent with the rest of the hits as opposed to jabbing. Don't think I'll be getting it.

I remember a scene in this film well from watching it in class back in the day in school. There's a nice scene where the girl is topless... the teacher flipped out and tried to fast forward it but fucked up and just ended going back and giving up showing it to the whole class twice.
