  1. Hooper was canny toss. As was that Dutch fella Gullit signed (Jon Karelse I think?)
  2. Plus two of them are as much "white" as they are "black", is racist to mention that? It's just as well everyone hated Andy Cole and Sir Les though. And thankfully "no one" wanted Shaun Wright-Phillips here. Yup. We hate Oba Martins (most-sold shirt in club shops) and Habib Beye (last year's player of the year) as well.
  3. Oldham is very multicultural yet they had a BNP MP for many years.. And where did I mention Newcastle? I just said in provincial towns. You don't "mention"...you imply. Which is typical really of the sly, backstabbing way you seem to comport yourself round here.
  4. Newcastle's one of the most multicultural towns in the UK man for fuck's sake. How can you pass comment on a whole city because I happened to name three players who had questionable attitudes? The fact you spotted they were all black before everyone else would suggest you have some sort of deep rooted inherent racist streak, actually.
  5. I used to enjoy booing Boumsong (also black, Danny if you want to pass comment) under the disguise of "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM" Good times.
  6. That song has nothing to do with the effort or otherwise he put in as Spurs captain. Nor was it r@cist. But he was black! So it's racist.
  7. He changed from white to black so that noone could question his attitude on the football pitch.
  8. Think that says more about you than it does about those players. Jenas covers every blade of grass for Spurs. Sometimes his output may not be the best but his effort cannot be questioned. Jenas' effort in the last few months at NUFC was nothing short of disgraceful. No Spurs fan can even try and tell me otherwise and I could pick any Mag who would utterly agree with me. A bit of a coincidence don't you think? Every white player you have puts in a shift right? They have been notable though. Although I still think Ameobia gets a bit much stick, although with his shenanigans over the last 12 month I don't have so much sympathy for him any more. However I think Dyer and Jenas are definitely part of the vastly overpaid sulk bling culture that seems to BE modern English football. Conversely Bellamy was a complete tunc ( ), but generally you couldn't fault his effort (although sowing his mouth up would have gained us many points and progresses using in Europe IIRC), or Robert was a lazy as anything at times, but could be utterly magic to watch as well, even Parker when he wanted to be gone put in effort (if maybe not product). Out of interest did Campbell still play (that is put in effort and produce performances for you) when it turned out he wanted to be away? Because we'd probably be "justified" singing hanging song about Jenas by that criteria. I think when I'd named Bellamy and Robert I'd shifted from questionable effort to questionable attitude but the point stands. If a player makes effort but is naturally shit, it's up to the manager to get him out of there. He can't exactly say "no, I'm not playing cos I'm crap"...
  9. Don't know why I rise to his bait - but if one thing fucks me off it's implied racism when seconds earlier I'd been talking about breaking a Ramadan fast with a black bloke in Morocco on a thread on GC!
  10. For the record, Viana had a shit attitude. Robert had a shit attitude. Bellamy had a shit attitude. These are the "types" I'm talking about, you fucking bellend.
  11. For Danny B's benefit, this guy was black.

FFS are you implying I'm racist because I happened to choose three players with questionable attitudes who happened to be black? What the fuck has the world come to?!
  13. I BADLY want the NUSC to work because it's for the good of all of us. Unfortunately I think they have jumped the gun. They are not a media/press outlet and as such do not need to respond to every minute detail of news coming from SJP. They need a well-written but forceful manifesto and a detailed description of their plans for the £10. If they had that I'd suggest there'd be hardly a Mag in Tyneside who would refuse them the tenner.

  15. Breaking a Ramadan fast that I hadn't even been partaking in with a man I'd just met in Morocco whilst watching a rerun of Spurs beat the Mags in the League Cup on Arabic TV...?
  16. If anyone ever needed proof that stability breeds success, you only have to look at the size of the two clubs occupying the bottom two spaces in the league, and the background as to why they're there.
  17. Viana, Marcelino, Luque, Boumsong, Bassedas for me
  18. I don't mind players who are just shit. They can't help the fact they're out of their depth. It's players who evidently have the ability but their mindset is a disgrace who pee me off (Jenas, Dyer, Shola to a point)
  19. Yeah, still my favourite LB too, getting Bez and Venison for the price he did, and the years of service we had from them was great work from Keegan. Great work by Keegan, surely not? The media and some of the KK haters would have you believe hes a chequebook manager who only wants to sign the likes of Beckham, Henry and Ronaldinho. And the scary thing is, its been written that many times even some over on N-O are starting to believe it... Aye. KK would never sign players such as Venison, Kilcline, Beresford, Cole, Sellars, Bracewell, Lee, Albert, Sheedy, Gillespie, Ginola (and to a point, Guppy, Huckerby etc who turned out to be decent players for peanuts who only failed at NUFC due to a lack of a reserve side...)
  20. Never particularly boo'd anyone but quite often given them a mouthful of disgraceful and uncalledfor abuse.
  21. Disappointed to see no mention of the legend that is Jonny Beresford in here. Those two goals in Kiev alone should make him worthy of a mention. The best LB I've seen at United in my time watching.
  22. Alex is the experienced partner Stevie Taylor has been shouting out for. ...and I'm the inexperienced pile of shite that Stevie Taylor has had to put up with for years
  23. Think we edged it. It was tight though...
  24. Can someone email me their mobile number in case of emergencies (plus I wont have a clue who everyone is ) BTW - please say the head-height rule will be in place, 5-a-side is toss when everyone just humps the ball 15 foot in the air...!
