Christmas Tree 3997 Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Made a lovely little sort of knocked Spanish dish tonight. Chorizo, chicken, prawns, red peppers, garlic, mushrooms and onions. The idea was to make some Batchelors savoury rice (don't care, we like it) and mix both dishes. Was a bit worried it might be a bit dry so made a quick tomato sauce (similar to Alex's recipe but with pasata (had no chopped tomatoes) 2 tsp paprika and good shake of mild chilli powder. Simmered for 10 then blitzed a bit. Started off with it on the side but then mixed it together on the plate. If I'd closed my eyes I could have been in El Toerro.
